There are two bedrooms, each with an ensuite shower room, and, if necessary,a double sofa bed in the living room. The master bedroom is on the first floor, and opens onto a terrace with fine views to the south. The second bedroom is on the ground floor, and has two single beds. The kitchen and living room are also on the ground floor. There is a terrace and loggia attached to the house, and the terrace extends to the pool area. The house is set in 1,100 sq.m. of garden, with flowerbeds, lawn, swimming pool ( 7m by 5m), orchard with oragne and lemon trees. The area is rural and peaceful and the house is south facing with fine views of the surrounding countgryside and mountains.
