Very comfortably furnished to sleep 8 people. Fully air conditioned - at no extra charge. Set on 2 floors: Floor one - private balcony , dining room with seating for 8 people, kitchen, lounge, bedroom 1 with king size bed and small balcony, separate shower room with WC, spiral staircase leading to upper floor with 3 further bedrooms (one with sloping ceiling) and bathroom with good quality shower attachment. All beds have duvets with matching curtains/blinds in 3 of the bedrooms. Good quality bed linen and towels provided.

The Larnaca District
Cyprus boasts over 300 days of sunshine a year with mild winters, making it an excellent all year round holiday destination. Cyprus is steeped in history with lots of historical places to visit not only locally but also within easy reach by car, taxi or local bus. Larnaca has an excellent shopping centre to meet all tastes from high quality designer clothes and shoes to a variety of more local shops. Although there are tourist shops, we feel Larnaca caters very much for the locals, with a good mix of retail outlets along with quality tavernas and cafes. The Cypriot hospitality is very welcoming every where you go
Larnaca area
Larnaca is fairly flat and is therefore excellent for walking. Within 5 minutes walk you can find the Blue Flag sandy beaches of Mackenzie with safe bathing. Larnaca town with its beach and beautiful promenade is within 10 minutes walk. Excellent good quality tavernas to suit all tastes are within strolling distance. The famous St. Lazaros Church is only 6/7 minutes walk where they have the Easter celebrations. Other places of interest within walking distance: The Old Fort and Larnaca Archaeological Museum & Pierides Museum. For the more adventurous visit Mazatos Camel Park and the nearby Go Kart circuit. There is a local diving centre nearby and boat & fishing trips from the Marina. Hala Sultan Tekke Mosque & Stavrovouni Monastery both worth visiting. Larnaca is very centrally situated with easy access to all routes with Nicosia the capital only 30 minutes away. At the end of the year there will be a golf course within 10-15 minutes drive.
How to get there
Fly to Larnaca - the penthouse is only 5 minutes drive from the airport. Flights available from schedule airlines - British Airways and Cyprus Airways from Heathrow, Birmingham and Gatwick, also charters from all UK airports. Car hire available from Cycar - who is based opposite the fishing harbour or many others locally. There are always local taxis available at reasonable cost. We have arranged for collection from Larnaca Airport to the apartment and also transport for the return flight.

Further details indoors: Access is via a lift to the fifth floor or stairs. The apartment is well equipped with good quality appliances and furniture to make this an ideal holiday home for all year round. One of the bedrooms has a sloping ceiling making it ideal as a children's bedroom.
Further details outdoors: There is an outdoor swimming pool which is well maintained during the summer season (approximately May to end of October) with plenty of space around a paved area for sun bathing. 5 local sandy beaches all with safe swimming within 3/5 minutes easy walking distance. The nearest one being approximately 3/4 minutes walk. If you hire a car there is a covered parking space to keep the car cool.
Further details
No all female or all male groups. Most suitable for couples and families. Rates for the second week are half price of first week, additional weeks or days negotiable.
Conditions
Refundable breakages deposit of £120 required. Deposit of £150 is required to secure the booking. The balance is required 8 weeks prior to departure. If your departure is within 8 weeks of the date of booking, full payment is required. Guests are advised to take out their own holiday insurance. The owner doest not accept responsibility for any losses or personal injury which occurs during your period of stay. Guests are requested to provide their own beach towels.
