The Larnaca District
Tersefanou, which overlooks Larnaca bay, is conveniently only 13 km from lively Larnaca which is known for its lovely beach, beautiful Marina and its picturesque seafront which features a row of tall palm trees. Cultural life in the town is rich and many events are organised by the town's municipality almost daily. You can have a stroll along the Marina or treat yourself to a wonderful boat ride, all offering something unique, whether it's a sunset cruise, fishing, glass bottom boat trip to the Zenobia shipwreck or a trip to Ayia Napa.
There is a shopping area close to the beach with a variety of shops including souvenirs, fashion, shoes jewellery, music and dining. For diving enthusiasts we also have good connections with a diving club in Larnaca where scuba divers will be in for a treat in the shape of the Zenobia, a passenger ferry which sank in 1983 and is now one of the world's top ten wreck's. We are also happy to advise on flights and car hire.

Tersefanou is a small quiet village in Larnaca yet only a few minutes drive to more busier villages such as Kiti and Pervolia which are popular with tourists.

Once you are at the apartment, our management services take over and they are there on hand should you require anything.
