Larger than average, luxury, one bedroom first floor apartment situated within the new gated complex of the prestigious Majestic Gardens development. The apartment has covered, private parking.
The apartment is well equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The bedroom consists of 2 single beds, patio doors and a range of fitted cupboards. A double sofa bed in the lounge can sleep an additional 2 people. There is a fully fitted kitchen with dining area but meals and drinks can also be enjoyed on the balcony.
Enjoy a swim in the pristine communal pool with its complementary loungers and WC/showers or enjoy a game of tennis in the adjacent tennis courts. An on site health spa and beauty salon is also available for those luxurious treats and pamper sessions.
The apartment is perfect for those who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday but is also ideally located for exploring the beauty of Cyprus. The quaint village of Tersefanou is a short walk away, while Kiti and Pervolia are only 5 minutes away by car. In all three villages, Cypriot hospitality can be enjoyed in the local Tavernas and shops.
The cosmopolitan town of Larnaca is only a 15 minute drive away. A number of beaches are within close proximity, with water sports available at the famous Mackenzie beach.

The Larnaca District
Larnaca is Cyprus’s third largest town with a population of only 75,000. Larnaca airport which is only 10km away is now also the islands principal airport. The area is an excellent base for exploring the island which benefits from all year round sunshine.
There are many historical sites, museums and art galleries to visit. The capital Nicosia is 40 minutes drive and Ayia Napa with the best water park in Cyprus and a bustling night life is only 30 minutes away.
The Troodos Mountains are also easily accessible and there are facilities for skiing during the winter months. Driving is enjoyable as the roads are quiet and the Cypriots drive on the left hand side of the road, same as in the U.K.
Larnaca / Tersefanou area
Tersefanou is a quaint, traditional Cypriot village located on the outskirts of Larnaca. There are several Blue Flag award winning beaches in the area. A large family fun park ‘Dreamlands’, a camel park and horse riding are all within easy reach.
The locals are hospitable and welcoming to visitors with the nearest bar five minutes walk away. In the nearby villages of Kiti and Pervolia there are a selection of bars and restaurants offering excellent Cypriot and European food in relaxed surroundings. Greek music evenings and entertainment are regularly on offer.
There are two supermarkets in the village supplying basic toiletries and groceries. A regular bus service is available from the village into Larnaca.
How to get there
The property is only a 10 minute drive away from Larnaca airport. Car hire and taxis available at the airport or contact owner for details of a local car hire firm. The following airlines all provide flights to Larnaca:
