The apartment is fully equipped, with air-conditioning in all main rooms. It has 2 double bedrooms, a large lounge, a kitchen with table (although mostly you will want to eat on the large balcony). It is less than 5 minutes walk from a lovely quiet beach and about 10 minutes walk from MacKenzie Beach. It is a 15 minutes walk from Larnaca town centre and the Finikoudes promenade. This apartment is unusually cool, internally, for the summer months. It is 5 minutes walk from the main Larnaca Dive Centre.

The Larnaca District
Larnaca District has a number of sites and wonderful beaches. It provides an excellent base for exploring the island, being only 40 minutes from Nicosia, 30 minutes from Ayia Napa with its Water Park and a short drive from the Troodos Mountains
Larnaca / MacKenzie Beach area
Larnaca town centre has excellent shopping with a mixture of names you will recognise, such as Marks and Spencer and Topshop and a variety of local shops selling cypriot products. For a night out there are the clubs of Larnaca itself, the vibrant but relaxed atmosphere of the Phinikoudes promenade or a variety of quality restaurants and tavernas on your doorstep. There are good local markets and Larnaca is a genuine, lively Cypriot town.

Refundable breakages deposit of £250 required with payment, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
The apartment is fully air conditioned and no additional charge is made for this. The owners reserve the right to charge for any genuinely excessive usage.
