The Larnaca District
Larnaca district is an ideal location for visiting the sights of Cyprus being just 40 minutes from the capital Nicosia, 30 minutes from Ayia Napa with the best water park in Cyprus. Troodos mountain range is easily accessed from Larnaca and the summit of Mount Olympus can be reached within 1 hour 30 minutes where during the winter months February and March you can ski on one of the three ski slopes.

Local to the Villa is this fishing village of Zygi with its traditional tavernas and variety of restaurants there is also a selection of local stores selling general amenities. For site seeing you are well located being just 25 minutes from Larnaca 20 minutes from Limassol and approximately 40 minutes from the capital Nicosia.
The location of the villa is very peaceful and a short walk takes you down to the seafront, there are a number of restaurants along the coastal road however for this villa you really do need a car.

The fourth bedroom is located in the basement of the property with its own private bathroom. The lounge area is open plan and luxuriously furnished. The kitchen area is fully fitted and equipped with all you will need during your stay.
