The Larnaca District

Cyprus is situated in the north-eastern basin of the Mediterranean Sea at the crossroads of Europe, Asia and Africa.

The sitting aims to offer residents all the benefits of the unspoiled landscape overlooking a picturesque coastal highways: Mediterranean greenery, proximity to the white sandy beaches, and tranquillity, with access to the coastal highways that connect the resort to the towns of Arnica to the east and Limassol to the West.


Larnaca / Tersefanou area

Tersefanou is located slightly inland along the Mediterranean coastline with excellent views of the sea surrounded by the sandy hills around perimetre.

Tersefanou is situated only 2 km from the up and coming Golf Resort and is just 10 minutes drive from the International Airport.


How to get there

Directions from International Airport to Majestic Gardens, Tersefanou.

Exit Larnaca airport, at roundabout take left turn following sign for Mazotos.
Straight for 1 Km to roundabout, go straight across and head to the next roundabout again after 1 Km (this is new Airport terminal Junction).

2nd exit follow sign for Kiti,straight for 1km to the traffic lights,and turn left.
200 metres to T junction, turn right follow sign for Kiti.

Stay on this road for exactly 3.5 km ,you will see Police station on right and Petrolina Petrol station on left, take right turning following sign for Mazotos.

Continue for 600 metres, you will pass the church on your left and the round bends to the left and take right hand turn following sign for Tersefanou.

Follow this road for 1.5km and take right turn after no entry sign and traffic island.
You can see Majestic gardens ahead to your right, after 500 metres turn right, this takes you to the complex.
