This newly built apartment is situated only a brief walk from the sleepy, peaceful Tersefanou Village which offers a bar and restaurant as well as convenience store. A short drive brings you to the slightly larger village of Kiti with a wider selection of amenities. Regal Gardens is a 10 minute drive from the coast with its long sandy beaches, whilst 15 minutes away is the lively vibrant atmosphere of Larnaca.
The apartment has access to a generous, child friendly pool area with complementary sunbeds and a tennis court. Inside there is modern contemporary style with two single beds and two further sofa beds easily sleeping four people.

The Larnaca District
Larnaca district is an ideal location for visiting the sights of Cyprus being just 40 minutes from the capital Nicosia, 30 minutes from Ayia Napa with the best water park in Cyprus.
Troodos mountain range is easily accessed from Larnaca and the summit of Mount Olympus can be reached within 1 hour 30 minutes where during the winter months February and March you can ski on one of the three ski slopes.
Larnaca / Tersefanou area
Tersefanou is located on the outskirts of Larnaca town in this delightful rural area of Cyprus ideal for a quite relaxing holiday yet close enough to the town centre with all general amenities and stunning Blue Flag award winning beaches.
A bus service from the village to Larnaca town runs approximately every two hours weekday mornings and afternoons.
