This Tersefanou apartment is set in a gated complex within the traditional village. Perfect for couples and families, it is just 15 minutes from Larnaca Town and close to several beaches. The village has a supermarket, taverna and coffee shops within just a few minutes walk. This apartment is ideally suited to those who want to get away from it all and enjoy luxurious surroundings and yet be close to the cosmopolitan town of Larnaca, the Larnaca hills, the Troodos mountain region and countless other interesting and beautiful places. It takes only 5 minutes by car to reach the nearby towns of Kiti and Pervolia.

The Larnaca District

Tersefanou apartment is located near Larnaca. Larnaca town provides excellent shopping with both high street stores and traditional Cypriot shops. In the old town you will find shady courtyards where you can enjoy a coffee and watch the world go by.
There are many archaeological sites, museums and art galleries in the town and in the wider area of southern Cyprus are a huge range of historical sites to visit.
Water sports, diving (including the famous Zenobia dive site), horse riding, bowling, a camel park and a water park are all available as are walking, cycling or exploring the Troodos mountains and the mountain villages.
With easy access to the coastal highways Tersefanou is ideally situated both for a relaxing and fun base and for exploring this fabulous island.

Larnaca / Tersefanou area

Tersefanou apartment is set in the traditional, unspoiled village where you will get a flavour of the real Cyprus, away from the tourist traps. We highly recommend sitting in the village square last thing at night, with a nightcap or coffee, just soaking up the local atmosphere. Within a few minutes drive are the towns of Kiti and Pervolia, offering a great variety of tavernas and restaurants to suit all tastes. With the villages of the Larnaca hills and Troodos Mountains within easy reach, this is a superb base.

There are several beaches in the Larnaca area. All the nearby beaches are gently shelving making them ideal for children. Recliners and umbrellas are plentiful and the beaches are well served by cafes, restaurants, coffee shops, toilets etc. Water sports are also available.

For families with children, "Dreamland" - a huge family park is within walking distance. This has indoor soft play areas and teenager's corner, and outdoors a great number of bouncy castles and climbing frames. There is also a pool with pool bar, recliners and umbrellas - a great day for the whole family.

How to get there

Low cost airlines now travel to Cyprus. The nearest airport is Larnaca (10 minutes away). easyJet now fly to Larnaca from just £30.99. Try also www.flymonarch.com , Thomsonfly, or www.skyscanner.net . Alternatively, easyJet fly to Paphos airport - just 90 minutes away.

Through years of staying at other holiday homes, we know that the little extras can make all the difference, so in our apartment you will find lots of these - hairdryer, satellite TV, good selection of books & DVDs, coolbag, picnicware and ice-packs for picnics on the beach & welcome pack, to name a few.

Tersefanou apartment is fully equipped for children with child safe balcony, children's plastic beakers, plates, cuttlery etc and cot and highchair included at no extra cost.

You will also find a welcome folder packed with useful information about the local area, recommended restaurants etc. We will provide lots of information beforehand to help you plan your holiday and are on the end of the phone any time to answer any questions you may have.

We also have a local representative always on hand to provide any assistance you may need at any time while you are there.

Tersefanou apartment has a large balcony with a table and seating for 4 and still plenty of room around it. An idyllic outside space, perfect for that morning coffee or evening glass of wine!

£100 deposit required on booking.
Balance of rental plus £100 security deposit payable 8 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday. Security deposit will be refunded in full within two weeks of your return subject to a satisfactory property inspection.
