This delightful privately owned apartment is in the very best location in Larnaca TOWN CENTRE (not village of outer Larnaca location). This historic building was a hotel in the 1980's and 1990's. A balcony surrounds the accommodation. The apartment is ideally situated for easy access to the marina, the palm tree lined sandy beach and the town centre. The beach has been awarded the Blue Flag and is safe for children to swim.

The Larnaca District
Larnaca has flourished as a tourist resort over the past few years and is the third largest town in Cyprus. On the edge of Larnaca Bay, the palm-lined sea front of Larnaca Town bustles with cafes, tavernas, shops and bars. An efficient marina with a 200 yacht capacity attracts many boats as a safe wintering place and the town also has a new harbour.

Larnaca / Larnaca Town area
Larnaca prides itself for its contribution to the islands rich cultural heritage. In the 18th century it became Cyprus’ commercial centre, the place where all European consuls established their missions. The magnificent 9th century church of Agios Lazaros, the municipal cultural centre, the Archaeological museum and the Larnaca Fort medieval museum are all worth a visit. In the winter thousands of flamingos, wild swans and other migrating birds can be seen at the nearby Salt Lake.
Larnaca is a small working town and therefore attracts visitors all the year round. It is sunny and warm during the daytime with cooler night temperatures between November and March. Public transport is available to Nicosia, Agia Napa, Protaras and Limassol from the promenade area. Should you wish to travel further afield to the Troodos and the mountain villages then a car would be necessary which can be hired locally.
The Cyprus Tourist Organisation arrange free walks through the old city twice weekly. The town has plenty of bars, restaurants and shops to suit all types with plenty of night life. Watersports are available on the Larnaca beach and 5 minutes drive away on Mackenzie beach.

No single sex groups. Full payment is required to book. Booking is confirmed after full payment is received by email or letter.
Changeover day: We try to be flexible with the times of your arrival and departure, but it will depend on the bookings prior to & after your stay. Unless otherwise arranged guests are invited to arrive in the apartment at 3pm on arrival day and vacate by 12 Noon on departure day.
Special requests will be accommodated wherever possible - please ask.
Cleaning & linen: The apartment will be cleaned ready for your arrival inclusive of clean bed linen, towels. Beach towels are not provided. The apartment is equipped with basic cleaning equipment ie, broom, mop and bucket. Apartment should be left as found. Mid stay cleans and laundry service are available for an additional surcharge. Details available on request.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A REFUNDABLE security deposit of £100 (GBP) is payable in addition to the hire price at time of booking. This security deposit will be REFUNDED within 2 weeks from the date of departure subject to return of keys and leaving apartment as found with no breakages or damage or missing items to the apartment and its contents.

* Sorry no pets allowed. * Strictly no smoking except on the balcony. * Refundable breakages deposit of £100 required, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). *Full payment on booking. * Property is suitable for children under the responsibility of an accompanying adult . * There is a lift in the apartment building.
It is expected that the apartment will be left as it was found on arrival. The owner does not accept any responsibility for any losses or personal injury which occurs during your period of stay. The hirer should be fully insured to over againhst personal accident and medical insurance. The hirer is responsible for taking care of the property and contents with any damage being paid for by the hirer from the refundable deposit.
The access to keys to the apartment and directions will be sent to you on receipt of the balance.
