There is a shared out door pool with an area for sun bathing. Leading from the dining area there is a private balcony with table and chairs for 8 people to enable outside dining and an area for sun beds for relaxation. The apartment is beautifully furnished, the en suite has a king size bed and small balcony, 2 further bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with twin beds, a shower room, bathroom, lounge, dining area with seating for 8 , well equipped kitchen with another balcony with side sea views.

The Larnaca District
Larnaca has something to offer everyone, making it an ideal holiday spot for walking, lovely sandy beaches for bathing, the town for shopping and the promenade for strolling, eating/drinking at the many cafes/restaurants.
Larnaca is very centrally situated within easy access to all routes with Nicosia the capital only 30 minutes drive, Ayia Napa 45 minutes, the Troodos mountains 90 minutes.
There is a new golf course being constructed just outside Larnaca which should be completed late 2007.
Larnaca / MacKenzie Beach area
The famous St Lazarus Church where they have the Easter celebrations together with many weddings and the Old Fort is only 6/7 minutes walk, Larnaca Archaeological Museum & Pierides Museum is about 10 minutes walk. Hala Sultan Tekke Mosque and the Salt Lakes where you can see the flamingoes and other migrating birds at different times of the year are well worth visiting. Other places to visit include Kiti church, the Ancient Kition, Stavrovouni Monestry, the Camel park at Mazatos and the nearby Go Kart Circuit, the fishing harbour, Marina for day /fishing trips.
How to get there
Fly to Larnaca Airport - the apartment is only 5 minutes drive. Flights available from schedule airlines - British Airways and Cyprus Airways from Heathrow, Birmingham and Gatwick, also Olympic and charters from most UK airports. Car hire available from Cycar who are near the fishing harbour or many others locally. There are always local taxis available at reasonable cost. We have arranged for guests to be collected from Larnaca Airport tand taken to the apartment and also transport fback to the same Airport or the return flight at no extra cost.

Further details indoors: Access is via a lift to the third floor or by stairs. All beds have light weight duvets making it feel more like home. All bedrooms have a dressing table, bedside cabinet(s) and fitted wardrobes with the en suite has extra storage and wardrobe space while the kitchen has a large walk in cupboard ideal for storing suit cases leaving the bedrooms uncluttered. Full linen and towels provided however you will need your own beach towels.
Further details outdoors: The main balcony over looks the swimming pool and has an open outlook The pool is well maintained during the summer season (approx. May until the end of October). There are two under cover parking spaces if required. Adjoining the property there is an open area with children's play apparatus.

Change over days are flexible. Arrangements have been made for collection from and return to Larnaca Airport at no extra cost. No extra charge for electricity or air conditioning/heating. Cleaning and bedding will be carried out at the end of your stay. No all female or male groups allowed. Guests are required to provide their own beach towels. Strictly no smoking within the apartment.
Conditions
Owing to administration costs a non-returnable deposit of £100 is required to secure the booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks before departure. If departure is within 8 weeks of the date of booking, full payment is required. A refundable breakages deposit is required with the balance payment. The owner does not accept responsibility for any losses or personal injury which may occur during your period of say.
