Tersefanou is located on the outskirts of Larnaca and just a 10 minute drive from the delightful village of Pervolia with its selection of bars, restaurants and local tavernas. The property is excellently located just of the main highway linking Larnaca with Limassol, allowing easy access to all parts of the island. Nicosia the capital is just a 40min drive away, Ayia Napa and Paralimni with their stunning beaches and Waterpark is just a 30min drive. For skiing in the winter months Tersefanou is approximately a 1h 15 minute drive away from Mount Olympus, skiing on the mountain usually starts in January through until the end of March. A car is essential for this property.

The Larnaca District
The beaches of Larnaca and Makenzie are just a 15 minute drive from the property, where you will find miles of sand, water sports including para gliding, wind surfing, banana boats and diving courses to full PADI level. Larnaca town centre has a wide variety of shops including many high street names such as Marks and Spencer, Next, Top Shop as well as beautiful local stores. For those looking for a night out or special lunchtime meal then Larnaca Marina with its wide variety of bars, restaurants and nightlife is the place to be, local taxis to and from the property should cost approximately 6-10cyp. The Sunday Market on the Dekelia Road is an excellent way to spend the morning browsing at the local products and getting a bargain or two to take back with you.
Larnaca / Tersefanou area
The nearest bar is located 2 kilometers from the property, and for evening entertainment the delightful village of Pervolia offers a selection of restaurants offering typical Cypriot cuisine, and European dishes. There is also a number of bars and tavernas, an excellent Chinese restaurant and for those wanting a traditional English Breakfast or Sunday roast try Tony's Bar and Grill. There are two shops in the village supplying a good variety of food and basic sundries, and for all general amenities including banks, bakeries etc Kiti is just a 5 minute drive away. Larger supermarkets are just a 10 minute drive from the house. A bus service from the village to Larnaca town (St. Lazarus Church) runs approximately every two hours most weekday mornings and afternoons. Horse Riding is available at the local stables on the Mazatos Road and Tennis can be found in Larnaca Town near the Med High School.
How to get there
British Airways and Cyprus Airways offer scheduled flights to Larnaca Airport, with Larnaca Airport approximately 10km from the property. There are a number of car hire firms located at the airport, we would recommend Budget Car Hire.
From Larnaca airport at the roundabout as you exit the airport turn left. Follow the road past the salt lake and continue on this road you will come to a roundabout under a flyover go straight across; continue until you come to a T junction and at the junction turn left. Follow until next T junction turn right, follow the road for approximately 2kilometres, you will come to a police station on a right hand corner,(Kiti police station) here you turn right. Follow the road for approx 400m you will see a sign on the left hand side of the road pointing right towards Tersefanou take this turn and follow the road for 2 kilometers. As you come into the village you will pass a church on your Left, take the next left turn and follow the road to the top where you will bear right and follow the road taking the first left turn continuing until you reach the cross roads. At the cross roads go straight across the house is approximately 100m on the right.

"Hi, really impressed with the Villa. I stayed there with 8 family members who I asked for reviews. The best came from one of my sisters in two parts - choose which one you want to use! Comments: The photographs on the website don't do the house justice when you arrive. The living areas are spacious and tremendously well-equipped. There are eating areas at the front of the house, back of the house, dining room and kitchen so lots of areas to join (or escape!) other members of your group. The entire house is extremely clean and well maintained, with extra touches such as board games and some essential food and drink which represent the fantastic level of service provided. As the weather heated up and we requested air conditioning, the service company obliged within an hour! . The villa is a leisurely stroll from a supermarket and a superb little restaurant down the hill (ask Andreas to cook you Meze), but anything other than this will definitely require a vehicle - On the flip side, this is a quiet location with some beautiful views. Overall the villa and service could not be faulted. :
