This two bedroom house offers a quality and luxurious accomoadation at an affordable price. The ground floor consists of a well designed open plan lounge,diner,kitchen and WC. The granite flooring, suspended ceiling lights and comfortable mordern furnishing gives it that 5 star look. The second floor has two double bedrooms and a family bathroom. The rear bedroom has patio doors which lead to a balcony offering panoramic views of the mediterranean sea. The third floor has a storage area and a large terrace with seating. From this terrace you can view the sunrise and later the sunset.
Outside there is a small landscaped garden with a private swimming pool and secure parking for up to two cars. The whole of the surrounding grounds are landscaped with steps leading down to the beach.

The Larnaca District
Cyprus offers sunshine almost throughout the year and with very little rainfall. This has made Cyprus a very popular destination for holiday makers. Zygi is a small fishing village famous for its fish restaurants and taverns. Idealy located within easy reach of the more lively and cosmopolitan towns of Larnaca and Limmasol. It is only two hours away by car from the bars and restaurants of Paphos and Aya Napa.
Larnaca / Zygi area
Zygi boasts several secluded and isolated sandy beaches and is only a short distance to the famous Governors Beach. The town has two small supermarkets, a newsagent, bakery, butcher and a pharmacy. Besides numerous fish restaurants and taverns it also has kebab restrurants and a crepery.

How to get there
-Both Cyprus Airways and British Airways have two flights daily to Larnaca. -Zygi is only 35 minutes from Larnaca airport, roads are easy to navigate with clear signposting. -Car hire is available at the airport from various international car hire comapanies, but pre-booking is advisable. -There are also taxis available - fare should not be more than Cyp£12.00.

Further details indoors: The whloe house is furnished and decorated to a very high stylish and modern standard. The lounge has comfortable leather sofas, LCD TV and a DVD player. The kitchen has granite work tops and is well equipped for all your needs. Both the bedrooms have double beds and built-in cupboards. All the rooms have air-conditioning heating units.
Further details outdoors: Outside the garden is landscaped , there is a decked area and a kidney shaped pool. The pool is cleaned once a week (twice during peak season). There is an external shower. The rental also includes the use of quality garden furniture, loungers and parasols. There is also a barbecue. This property is right on the beach.

No smoking is permitted in the house. There is extra cost for the use of air-condition units. TV offers only local channels. Deposit of £150.00 required for damages. This is refunded once a check is made on the property and everything is fine.
