Home description
Our beautiful 2 bed apartment (with shared pool) is located on the second floor (lift) and is available for long and short holiday lets. Accommodation consists of one double and one twin room (both have air con/heating), large comfortable lounge (with sofa bed), kitchen, bathroom, two balconies and a shared pool.
The kitchen is equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, toaster, iron and kettle. The lounge has 2 sofas, TV, DVD, Radio/HiFi, dining table and chairs.
The balconies have tables, chairs (for 8 people), BBQ, sun beds and umbrellas.

The Larnaca District
Cyprus offers historical sites, churches and stunning rugged coastlines, sea caves and beaches. Visit the Troodos mountains with pretty unspoilt mountain villages. All within a days driving distance. There are many World Heritage Sites, such as the mosaics at Paphos and the beautiful ornate, peaceful monasteries.
Nicosia is the only remaining divided city in the world. The centre retains its character, providing a cobbled area with traditional goods, as well as designer shops. There are museums, restaurants and trendy bars.
The town of Dherynia provides a viewing point of the deserted town of Farmagusta –.now in the occupied north.
Ayia Napa with its white sandy beaches and crystal clear sea is a popular resort, with all types of water sports, a water park, restaurants, bars and clubs. Potamos is a beautiful creek, where you can explore the water’s edge, check out the fishing boats and enjoy a wonderful meal in one of the local fish tavernas. Larnaca / MacKenzie Beach area
The Cypriot hospitability is warm and welcoming; as is the weather with hot summers and warm winters. It is the ideal all year holiday destination. In January and February you could skii in the Troodos mountains in the morning and go swimming in the sea in the afternoon!
Larnaca has something to offer everyone. It is a working town that caters well for tourists and the locals. Driving is on the left hand side, as in the UK. Taxis are plentiful and buses (picked up from seafront) connect the main towns of Cyprus.
The bars and restaurants are varied and numerous, ranging from the traditional Cypriot tavernas to the modern cosmopolitan. The beautiful promenade is lined with Palm trees (Finnikoudes) and cafes and has a wonderful atmosphere; join the locals for an evening stroll along the sea front, or people watch in one of the cafes.
Within 15 minutes walk from the apartment you will find the traditional market, high street and designer shops, the Finnikoudes, Larnaca Marina and pier. Cultural events take place at the local theatre and there are free concerts and traditional dancing displays on the Finnikoudes stage.
Within 5 minutes from the apartment you will find the sea, supermarkets, local shops and tavernas. The artiste’s quarter is close by where you can watch potters and artists at work and browse around their shops or even have a go yourself.
Spend time exploring St Lazarus Church and the Medieval Fort as well as the Mosque at Tekke on the shore of the salt lake, also home to flamingos and many other migrating birds, in the winter and spring
How to get there
Fly to Larnaca Airport - the apartment is just 5 minutes in the car/taxi from the airport. Carriers: British Airways (BA.com), Cyprus Airways (cyprusairways.com), Excel.com (XL.com), Easyjet to Paphos (just under an hour's drive to Larnaca) and many tour operators offer flight only.

Further details indoors: Access is via a lift or stairs to the second floor. The apartment is well equipped with good quality appliances and furniture to make this an ideal holiday home for all the family. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
The patio table and chairs seat 6 people and being under a covered balcony is excellent for all year round dining.
Extras: Welcome packs and airport transport on request.
Further details outdoors: You can enjoy an outdoor swimming pool which is open during the summer season (approximately April to end of October) with plenty of space around a paved area for sun bathing, surrounded by young palm trees, lemon trees and other local plants. There are several local sandy beaches all with safe swimming within easy walking distance. A BBQ is available for you to enjoy el fresco dining.
There is a covered nominated parking space to keep your hire car cool.

Deposit of 20% required for confirmation of booking. Balance is required 8 weeks before arrival. A refundable security deposit of £150 is required for any damages. This will be refunded within 10 days of the apartment keys being handed to our agent provided everything is found to be in order.
Long lets and daily lets are available by negotiation at special rates . This is a non-smoking apartment and we respectfully request anyone wishing to smoke to do so outside. Guests are requested to provide their own beach towels. Sorry, no pets.
Cleaning and linen change at the end of your holiday are included in the price. Guests are advised to take out their own holiday insurance. The owner doest not accept responsibility for any losses or personal injury which occurs during your period of stay.
