There is 1 family bathroom with bath and over shower, wash basin and toilet. All Linen and towels are provided. The outside areas are nicely designed with a communal pool and child pool.

Deposit of 25% to be paid on booking, with full payment required 8 weeks prior to arrival. A security bond of 250 euros for breakages or damages is required which will be held on credit card and returned to guest 14 days after departure.

Flexible on arrival and departure days, guests will be required to vacate the property at 10.00 a.m. on departure and arrival is after 4.00 p.m. If any guests have special requests for arrival and departure, please contact the management company direct.
The Larnaca region
The apartment is located in the center of Larnaca Town City Center 7 minute to Larnaca promenade Finiguthes with many restaurants and a mix of local tavernas. There are plenty of bars from intimate cocktail to sports bars and a buzzing night life. The Promenade has a beautiful sandy beach with swaying palm trees and also offers a good variety of water sports including jet-skiing, water skiing and paragliding. The development is just 2 minutes walk from the main shopping area.
On the edge of Larnaca Bay, the palm-lined seafront of Larnaca town bustles with cafes, tavernas, shops and bars. Historic charm is lent to the scene by its fortress castle, now used as the town's summer cultural centre. Larnaca is an excellent base from which to get to know the central and eastern section of Cyprus, and its proximity to the International Airport and a number of luxury hotels that have been developed along its beautiful sandy beaches make this a popular holiday choice.
Larnaca was originally known as Kition, or Khittim, and legend has it that the first settlement at the spot was founded by Noah's grandson, Khittim. But the name Larnaca probably comes from the Greek word 'Larnax', which means sarcophagus, many of which have been unearthed in this area.
The Larnaca marina with 450 yacht capacity attracts many boats as a safe wintering place.
The heart of the tourist area is Dhekelia Road. There are numerous restaurants, pubs and shops along this stretch of road, which is the main road into Larnaca town centre. A number of blue flag beaches line Dhekelia Road, together with all the main Larnaca hotels.
