About the home

The 2 bed penthouses are the premier apartments on Pyla Village and command great views with their huge roof top terraces.

The comfortable lounge has a sofa and sofa bed (so sleep 6) for relaxing and watching the TV or a DVD. There is indoor dining for 6 and a fully fitted kitchen ensures that all your self catering needs are met. The kitchen has a full size fridge/freezer, oven and hob, washing machine, microwave, toaster and kettle.

The master bedroom has a double bed, dressing table and fitted floor to ceiling wardrobes affording ample storage space. An en-suite shower room ensures there are no queues for the bathroom!

The second bedroom has twin beds and floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes. Some have fold up beds to sleep a third child.

The family bathroom is fully tiled and has a shower over the bath.

The patio doors in the lounge lead out on to huge sun terraces with outdoor dining, sun loungers and a parasol. Some have sofas and a BBQ. The terrace is a fantastic outdoor space and gives great views of the countryside, some even have a sea view.

The penthouses are all slightly different and have personal touches in the owners style. Several of the penthouses have been newly refurbished and offer fantastic top of the range accommodation.

Pyla Village is a family friendly complex of 159 apartments and suits couples and families looking for a relaxed atmosphere in a quiet location. The freeform pool is a great place to take a dip and there is a floodlit tennis court if you are feeling energetic!

The village of Pyla is only a few minutes walk away and there are a couple of supermarkets there along with The Village Tavern, which has lovely food and nightly entertainment. The notice board at Pyla Village will keep you updated with whats on.

The Dhekelia Road is only 4km away and has a plethora of restaurants to suit all tastes, banks, shops and pharmacies.

Larnaca is a superb all year round destination and can be reached in only 14km or 15 mins by car. It has a fabulous promenade (Phinikoudes), marina, lovely long beach, cafes and restaurants, the old Fort, great shopping - well worth a visit.

The Larnaca region

Larnaca has something for everyone - beautiful beaches, including the famous Phinikoudes Beach, a marina, delightful promenades lined with palm trees and an array of cafes, bars and restaurants over looking the sparkling Mediterranean sea.
There is also a good range of shops both Cypriot and British (Marks & Spencer, Next, Debenhams) as well as an excellent choice of traditional and international restaurants.
The excellent road connections put Larnaca within easy reach of other resorts including Ayia Napa, Protaras and Limassol.

The Larnaca Town area

Larnaca is a town with an easy-going pace and has strong links to the past.
In the heart of modern Larnaca one finds the remains of the ancient city - Kingdom of Kition. The fort and the old quarters give the town its unique character. The nearby salt lake is a favourite stop over for thousands of migrating birds in winter such as flamingo's.
Every summer Larnaca hosts a festival of music and performing arts. Outdoor concerts take place in the courtyard of the medieval fort.
Local activities include many watersports and a great centre for Diving.

The penthouse apartment was stunning - the three of us treated it like home from home, making special care to treat it as if it was our own apartment. The roof top terrace was fab and the three of us spent most of our time on the terrace catching the sun and reading books.
