Premier penthouse located on the popular Pyla Village complex, commanding superb views over the fields towards the sea from the huge roof top terrace.

The comfortable and modern lounge has 2 new sofas for relaxing and watching the TV or a DVD. The apartment benefits from wifi (payable locally)

There is indoor dining for 6 and a fully fitted kitchen ensures that all your self catering needs are met. The kitchen has a full size fridge/freezer, oven and hob, washing machine, microwave, toaster and kettle.

The master bedroom has a double bed, dressing table and fitted floor to ceiling wardrobes affording ample storage space. An en-suite shower room ensures there are no queues for the bathroom!

The second bedroom has twin beds and floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes. There is also a good quality fold up bed to sleep a third child.

The family bathroom is fully tiled and has a shower over the bath.

The patio doors in the lounge lead out on to the fabulously furnished and huge sun terrace with outdoor dining, rattan sun loungers, sofas and a parasol.

The property is fully air conditioned and has satellite TV.

Pyla Village is a family friendly complex of 159 apartments and suits couples and families looking for a relaxed atmosphere in a quiet location. The freeform pool is a great place to take a dip and there is a floodlit tennis court if you are feeling energetic!

The village of Pyla is only a few minutes walk away and there are a couple of supermarkets there, a bakery along with The Village Tavern, which has lovely food and nightly entertainment. The popular village of Oroklini is only a few minutes away by car and has a good choice of restaurants and family friendly bars as well as other services such as banks, hairdressers etc.

The nearest beach is 4km away, just a few minutes by car. There are many superb places to explore near by and a full details will be supplied.

Free wifi is available at the Village Tavern and the Happy Nest in the village square.

The Dhekelia Road is only 4km away and has a plethora of restaurants to suit all tastes, banks, shops and pharmacies.

Larnaca is a superb all year round destination and can be reached in only 14km or 15 mins by car. It has a fabulous promenade (Finikoudes), marina, lovely long beach, cafes and restaurants, the old Fort, great shopping - well worth a visit.

Car hire is highly recommended and this can be arranged for you. Just ask for a quote when booking.

The Larnaca region

Larnaca has something for everyone - beautiful beaches, including the famous Finikoudes Beach, a marina, a delightful promenade lined with palm trees and an array of cafes, bars and restaurants over looking the sparkling Mediterranean sea.

There is also a good range of shops both Cypriot and British (Marks & Spencer, Next, Debenhams) as well as an excellent choice of traditional meze and international restaurants.

The excellent road connections put Larnaca within easy reach of other resorts including Ayia Napa, Protaras and Limassol. There are many beautiful places within easy reach to explore such as Potamos and Cavo Greko.

Larnaca Town

Larnaca is a town with an easy-going pace and has strong links to the past.

In the heart of modern Larnaca one finds the remains of the ancient city - Kingdom of Kition. The fort and the old quarters give the town its unique character. The nearby salt lake is a favourite stop over for thousands of migrating birds in winter such as flamingo's.

Every summer Larnaca hosts a festival of music and performing arts. Outdoor concerts take place in the courtyard of the medieval fort.

Local activities include many watersports and a great centre for Diving.
