About the home

The apartment is in a small block of 7 apartments, views to the Salt Lake, and to typical Cypriot residential life!! Recently refurbished, Balcony for Al Fresco dining, this is a good sized apartment, comfortable and very good value for money.

Good for a relaxing holiday on the beach, with watersports which are closeby 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes by foot, plenty of restaurants, tavernas, and coffee shops. Surrounded by locals and History of one of the oldest towns in Europe, a perfect place to relax and experience culture at its best. Nicosia is just an hour away, another lovely old town well worth a visit, Agia Napa is just 1/2 an hour away, with stunning iceblue looking sea, with beautiful beaches and good nightlife. Not to mention beautiful Byzantine architecture too. Protaras is also just about 1/2 hour away, with beautiful beaches and plently of shops.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Contract of hire. Bookings are accepted once payment is received.

2. A deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking. If the booking is
made within 8 weeks of departure date it must be accompanied by full payment + deposit, your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of payment via email or in writing.

3. The rental includes costs of electricity, water, and airconditioning.

4. The hirer is responsible for taking reasonable care of the property and its contents, any
damage will have to be paid for by the hirer.

5. Only the persons accompanying the named guest on the booking may occupy the
property.

6. The apartment must be left as it was an arrival. ie cooker cleaned, cutlery etc all put
away.

7. The hirer and the party should be fully insured to cover against personal accident, and
medical insurance.

8. The access to the Keys of the apartment and directions will be sent to you on receipt of
the balance.

Conditions

No pets allowed, no wheelchair access. refundable breakages deposit required. Suitable for children, however it is on the 3rd Floor, and it is parental responsiblity to be aware at all times of this..

The Larnaca region

Sunny and warm all year round, very hot summers, Lots of good places to visit, for Architecture, lots of History surrounding the area, and lots of Bars, Restaurants, to choose from. The town has plenty of Shops, Museums and the beaches are lovely, clean, and watersports are available.

The Larnaca Town area

In Larnaca town Agious Lazaros Church, is worth a visit, it is a fine example of Byzantine architecture. Just 25 miles away, is a village called Lefkara, where lace is made, Leonardo da Vinci visited this village, and is said to have taken a piece back to Italy, to grace the Alter in Milan Cathederal. Just 20 miles away from the town lies a place called Choirokitia, it is an ancient site of a Neolithic settlement, and is included in the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage. Agia Napa is a 30 minute drive, where you can experience light blue beautiful sea, and the famous night life. Nicosia the Capitol of Cyprus is 1 hour away, local buses are available and are very cheap..

The apartment is only a five minute drive from Larnaca airport. Taxis are available on arrival. Car hire is available at the airport also. 15-20 minute walk to Phinikoudes and the beach, or a 5 minute drive!
