Parking is available in the surrounding streets and in the car park at the rear of apartment.

30% deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is required eight weeks before arrival.
Booking is confirmed after deposit payment is received by email or letter.
Changeover day: We try to be flexible with the times of your arrival and departure, but it will depend on the bookings prior to & after your stay.
Unless otherwise arranged guests are invited to arrive in the apartment after 3pm on arrival day and vacate by 12 Noon on departure day.
Special requests will be accommodated wherever possible - please ask.
Cleaning & linen: The apartment will be cleaned ready for your arrival inclusive of clean bed linen, towels. Beach towels are not provided.
The apartment is equipped with basic cleaning equipment ie, broom, mop and bucket.
Apartment should be left as found.
Mid stay cleans and laundry service are available for an additional surcharge. Details available on request.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A REFUNDABLE security deposit of £100 (GBP) is payable in addition.. This security deposit will be REFUNDED within 2 weeks from the date of departure subject to return of keys and leaving apartment as found with no breakages or damage or missing items to the apartment and its contents.
The Larnaka District
Larnaca has flourished as a tourist resort over the past few years and is the third largest town in Cyprus. On the edge of Larnaca Bay, the palm-lined sea front of Larnaca Town bustles with cafes, tavernas, shops and bars. An efficient marina with a 200 yacht capacity attracts many boats as a safe wintering place and the town also has a new harbour.

Larnaca Town Centre
Larnaca prides itself for its contribution to the islands rich cultural heritage. In the 18th century it became Cyprus' commercial centre, the place where all European consuls established their missions. The magnificent 9th century church of Agios Lazaros, the municipal cultural centre, the Archaeological museum and the Larnaca Fort medieval museum are all worth a visit. In the winter thousands of flamingos, wild swans and other migrating birds can be seen at the nearby Salt Lake.
Larnaca is a small working town and therefore attracts visitors all the year round. It is sunny and warm during the daytime with cooler night temperatures between November and March.
Public transport is available to Nicosia, Agia Napa, Protaras and Limassol from the promenade area. Should you wish to travel further afield to the Troodos and the mountain villages then a car would be necessary which can be hired locally.
The Cyprus Tourist Organisation arrange free walks through the old city twice weekly.
The town has plenty of bars, restaurants and shops to suit all types with plenty of night life.
Watersports are available on the Larnaca beach and 5 minutes drive away on Mackenzie beach.

"Excellent Apartment would recommend!!"
Stayed at this apartment from 5th – 27th May 2012. The second floor apartment is easy accessible by lift, and is very secure. It is situated near ST Lazarus church and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, beach and supermarkets (one just behind apartment). There is a local food market every Saturday in the car park behind. The apartment has two single beds and a double sofa bed; both the bedroom and the main living room have air-conditioning to which can be cool or hot air. There is a small kitchen area with oven, hob, kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge-freezer. The plugs in the apartment are the same as the UK and therefore there is no need for adapters. There are also ironing facilities, sun bed mattresses, heater, fan and table and chairs for the balcony. The balcony is curved which allows the sun to be on it most of the day. Overall the apartment was everything that we needed and being two student nurses working in larnaca on a placement we felt very secure in the area and the apartment.
The only thing that I believe would be useful would be a safety deposit box to keep travel documents in. Also the owner Michael was very helpful throughout our booking and during our stay. The cleaner did a wonderful job mid stay, and we couldn't fault the cleanliness of the apartment.
In addition a few recommendations for people saying here are: Hobo's Restaurant and the brewery restaurant – try the peach or cherry beer! Also the intercity buses are very cheap, 3 Euros one way and you can get anywhere on the island for this. If you would like to no the exact location of the property we found that bing maps shows the street view; whereas google does not, this was useful to explain to the taxi driver where about's the apartment was.

"Fantastic apartment and location"
Stayed for 2 weeks in January. The apartment was very clean and spacious and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The best thing about the apartment is the location as you are in the heart of Larnaca and are minutes away from the beach and local restaurants and shops.

This is quite a large one bedroom apartment on the second floor which can be accessed by a lift or a staircase.it is located near to St Lazarus church and it is possible to sit on the Balcony and take in all the activity in the street below and around the church area.
There are quite a few shops nearby and a Farmers market every Saturday at a nearby car park.
The apartment is basically furnished but has everything needed for a reasonably comfortable stay,although the crockery and cutlery could do with upgrading a bit.
All in all we think good value for money

"best place in town"
booked a week in july 2011 very clean and tidy ,5mins from beach and all types of shops grandaughter wants to go again in 2012 , easy to book owner lives in hertfordshire we live in essex uk every thing as described in brochure , deposit returned very quickly 4stars,
