The cottage and apartment give flexible options for groups of up to 10 people (ideal for 6 though).
The construction of Crawford Cottage was completed in September 2009. It now provides an outstanding holiday cottage, with the luxury of modern facilities tastefully chosen to complement the traditional finish.
The cottage is situated directly behind the apartment in it's own grounds. It has two bedrooms and a sofa bed and can sleep 6 (ideal for 4 though). It now provides an outstanding holiday cottage, with the luxury of modern facilities tastefully chosen to complement the traditional finish.
Crawford Apartment is a bright, spacious, well equipped 1 bedroom apartment with a sofa bed and can sleep 4 (ideal for 2 though) it is fully double glazed, has modern gas central heating with excellent heat and sound insulation. It comes fully furnished, is tastefully decorated and enjoys open outlooks to the front and rear of the property.
The cottage and apartment are situated in an ideal location – being 2 minutes from the town and seafront it is perfect for that well earned break.

Largs is a very popular resort town in North Ayrshire, it is ideally situated for touring the lovely Ayrshire countryside and coastline - or Burns Country as it has become known as it is the the birthplace of our national Bard, Robert Burns. If you wish to travel further afield. Or a trip to the beautiful Isle of Arran, which has been named “Scotland In Miniature”. There are numerous other island destinations easily accessible due to the close proximity of the ferry routes. If shopping and culture is your passion, Glasgow is only one hour away with its wealth of designer and high street stores as well as the Burrell Collection , Kelvingrove Museum, Glasgow Science Centre and many others, too numerous to mention.

Crawford Cottage and Crawford Apartment are ideally situated being 2 minutes walk from the town centre and seafront. The apartment is also 2 minutes walk from the railway station and bus stops. Largs is easily reached in 45 minutes by car from both Glasgow and Prestwick airports.

During the rest of the year bookings may start on any day of the week.
Long term rental of Crawford Cottage and the Apartment is welcome and shorter stays are also possible, please contact us for details.
Crawford Cottage and the Apartment are normally unavailable until 3pm on the day of your arrival and also after 11am on the day of your departure; this is to allow sufficient time for cleaning and preparation of the house for new guests. If this causes any major difficulties to you or your party please get in touch with us, as alternative arrangements may be possible.
Payment notes:
Payment can be made in £ Pounds Sterling or in € Euro.
A non refundable deposit of 25% is payable at the time of booking. The balance should be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival.
If you wish to book either one of our accommodation we will send you a simple booking form for you to complete. When we receive your completed booking form (email is fine) along with the deposit (various payment methods are available) your reservation will be confirmed.
Guests will be responsible for any breakages or damages caused during their stay.
Smoking is not permitted inside the cottage and apartment
