The French doors lead from the lounge to the private decking area with a BBQ and table and chairs for al fresco dining. There is also a private enclosed garden area.
The cottage is fully double glazed with modern quality windows and modern gas central heating with excellent heat and sound insulation and has WIFI. All rooms are tastefully decorated and furnished.
The cottage is situated in an ideal location – being 2 minutes from the town and seafront it is perfect for that well earned break.

Largs is a very popular resort town in North Ayrshire, it is ideally situated for touring the lovely Ayrshire countryside and coastline - or Burns Country as it has become known as it is the the birthplace of our national Bard, Robert Burns. If you wish to travel further afield. Or a trip to the beautiful Isle of Arran, which has been named “Scotland In Miniature”. There are numerous other island destinations easily accessible due to the close proximity of the ferry routes. If shopping and culture is your passion, Glasgow is only one hour away with its wealth of designer and high street stores as well as the Burrell Collection , Kelvingrove Museum, Glasgow Science Centre and many others, too numerous to mention.
Largs area
Largs is an attractive town on the Ayrshire coast. The spectacular scenery with the islands to the west and the rolling countryside to the east, welcomes visitors back year after year.

Crawford Cottage and Crawford Apartment are ideally situated being 2 minutes walk from the town centre and seafront. The apartment is also 2 minutes walk from the railway station and bus stops. Largs is easily reached in 45 minutes by car from both Glasgow and Prestwick airports.

Further details indoors: The cottage offers a bright spacious lounge with comfortable sofa to view the 37 Inch Toshiba Regza LCD TV, Sky+, and a 1080 DVD player. The sofa bed is large and comfortable and easily transforms into an equally large and comfortable double bed. There is also a dining area incorporated into the open plan lounge/kitchen. French doors lead to the outdoor space.
Still on the ground floor is the superb, large, open plan kitchen with integrated fridge freezer, electric oven and gas hob, microwave and dishwasher. There is ample cupboard space and plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Complimentary tea and coffee provided. The washing machine is housed in a separate utility area.
The downstairs cloakroom is fully tiled and has been tastefully fitted out.
Upstairs are two large bedrooms and luxury family bathroom. Bedroom 1 is large and bright with king sized bed, walk in wardrobe, deep pile luxury carpet and views towards the hills. Bedroom 2 is also large and bright, has twin beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers and deep pile luxury carpet and an open outlook to the town centre. The luxury bathroom has been tiled throughout and has modern fittings with an L shaped bath and power shower.

Crawford Cottage and the Apartment are normally unavailable until 3pm on the day of your arrival and also after 11am on the day of your departure; this is to allow sufficient time for cleaning and preparation of the house for new guests. If this causes any major difficulties to you or your party please get in touch with us, as alternative arrangements may be possible.
Payment notes:
Payment can be made in £ Pounds Sterling or in € Euro.
A non refundable deposit of 25% is payable at the time of booking. The balance should be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival.
If you wish to book either one of our accommodation we will send you a simple booking form for you to complete. When we receive your completed booking form (email is fine) along with the deposit (various payment methods are available) your reservation will be confirmed.
Guests will be responsible for any breakages or damages caused during their stay.
