The Villa sleeps up to 10 visitors in 2 double and 3 twin bedrooms all air-conditioned . There are 3 shower rooms with WC (1 room en suite), a large dining room, sitting room with Sat TV, Music centre, and open fire. From 15 Dec 2006 the house will be centrally heated. The pool is solar-heated and has a heat saving cover.
A fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons linked to a shaded, white tiled patio area with BBQ that overlooks the 16m swimming pool. The house is private, set amids mature gardens and orchards with lemons, figs,peaches, almonds, carobs olives etc!

The Kyrenia District
The Villa is on the outskirts of Lapta, about 20 minutes drive from Kyrenia, but only 10 minutes away from local shops and supermarkets. The villa is about 100 feet above sea level at the base of a large mountain, looking North to the coast (2kms) and the Turkish mainland.
There are many holiday activities along the coast including, beaches, horse-riding, walking, mountain biking, go-karting, clay pigeon shooting, sea fishing, daily gulet cruises, scuba diving (including instruction), para gliding and water sports.
Lapta area
There are numerous cafes, bars, restaurants and hotels that serve a variety of local foods and European food styles. Kyrenia (Girne) is famous for its harbour and ancient fortress and its numerous restaurants both at the sea's edge and in its chaotic, busy back streets. Gulets ply their trade from the old harbour and will take you out for a full dy of swimming, lazing, eating or watersports - something for all!
How to get there
Fly to Ercan (N Cyprus).
Take a transfer (which we can arrange) direct to the house. It is now possilble to fly direct to the South (Larnaca) and transfer from there.
We can arrange for a car for you at the airport or delivered to the villa (better option)

The 16m x 8m pool is approximately 4m deep at the deep end with a small diving board. The pool is protected against un accompanied small children by wrought iron gates, fences and a variety of spiky plants!
