Large 3 bed air conditioned apartment situated within a spacious landscaped developent, set against breathtaking backdrop of the Besparmak mountain range.The apartment has 3 bedrooms, one with its own private terrace and one en suite, a generous lounge/dining area with adjoining kitchen through a large archway. This leads out onto the main terrace, with built in BBQ, outside dining furniture for 6, overlooking the private front garden with sunloungers. The private garden , leads to the communal area in which the pool is situated, an area of the pool has a child friendly shallow end.
The apartment has been tastefully decorated and fitted out with quality furniture, it has marble floors throughout and granite work surfaces in the kitchen. There is a CD player, playstation/ DVD and Satelite TV, to entertain the children whilst you enjoy and glass of wine on the terrace during a relaxing evening! Buses run regularly to Kyrenia (Girne) with stops at the many villages en route. The nearest beach is a short stroll down country lanes and also has a pool and bar near to The Sempati Hotel. The rugged coastline is only a 5 minute walk away and the Pines is always blessed with a pleasant sea breeze.
The Pines is a luxury showcase development unequalled in North Cyprus, completed in 2006. Lapta Pines is suitable for couples and families seeking a relaxing break or action packed holiday.

The Kyrenia District
Small shops, restaurants and beaches are situated nearby. Larger supermarkets and busier beaches with watersports and bars are a short drive or bus trip away.With a perfect mediterranean climate you can enjoy over 300 days of sunshine per year, ideal for visiting the many historical sites such as the Venetian harbour, castles, Selamis and the breathtaking scenery of the unspoilt Karpas penninsular. The Kyrenia area offers something for everybody from the most active to those who prefer to sit back,relax and enjoy the perfect climate,and breathtaking views. Local activities include Golf, Watersports, diving, parasailing, horseback riding and mountain walks. Traditional Turkish Gulet day trips are a must on your holiday and for those enjoying a thrill private speedboat charters can be arranged. For those seeking nightlife there are excellent open air clubs,bars and a vast range of restaurants in the locality serving both international and local cuisine at very reasonable prices. The apartments are located only 500m from the clear blue sea against a backdrop of the magnificent Besparmak mountain range. During spring and early summer a visit to the classical concerts held at Bellapais Abbey are a must. It is reccommended that you hire a car to fully enjoy the local area and make the most of your holiday. For those on a week or more break an overnight trip to the beautiful and unspoilt Karpas Penninsular is well worth the trip, beach hut accommodation on pristine beaches is a wonderful experience. For those requiring more comfort charming accommodation in the restored Archhouses in Dipkarpas, the gateway to The Karpas is also worth a stay.
Lapta area
Lapta ( Lapithos) is one of the most favoured villages on the Island. A very short drive from the peace and tranquility of The Pines you will find the "Lapta Strip" and assortment of seaside hotels and beach clubs, shops and restaurants. Beach Club facilities including pool and private beach are available throughout the area. The Pines is located on the seaside 500m from the sea so you will enjoy a wonderful sea breeze and the sound of the waves. A short drive will take you to Lapta mountainside Village with stunning authentic properties and beautiful mosques where you can experience the slow pace of Cypriot life whilst listening to the evocative call to prayer. The locals are friendly and most speak English, babies and children are adored and welcome in most restaurants. Drive further up the mountain and you will reach the village of Baspinar where the views are spectacular. There is an abundance of water in Lapta and thus the mountainside is fertile all year round. For those seeking a flutter, many of the large hotels have casinos ( food, drink and cigarettes free). For any teenagers in your party a number of seaside open air disco's are available. The atmosphere is friendly and safe, unlike many other Mediterranean resorts. Guided walking tours of the mountains can be organised. Horseback riding and a Padi diving school are located within a 5 minute walk from The Pines. Lots for all Ages!!!
How to get there
North Cyprus can be accessed either through Ercan airport in the North or via Larnaca in the the South of the Island. Ercan is approx 45 minutes drive away and is served by Cyrus Turkish Airlines. Larnaca is a 90 minute transfer and many good deals can be found on flights year round. Try skyscanner.co.uk, or Monarch, Easyjet and Jet2 for Larnaca flights. We can assist with Car Hire and transfers if required.

Two bedrooms have good sized fitted wardrobes. Full family bathroom with bath and powerful shower. Full airconditioning/ heating throughout. The open plan living accommodation incorporates a fully fitted modern kitchen. All household good are European top quality. The sitting room is spacious and neutral with plenty of room for relaxing and admiring the panoramic view of sea and mountains.The apartment is tastefully decorated throughout with furnishings of neutral colours. There is a lTV, DVD & PS2,the latest DVDs can be purchased very reasonably locally for your enjoyment, we have also supplied a selection. The dining area seats 6 and is very spacious. The kitchen opens up to the outside via the sliding door to the garden and the BBQ on the large terrace.
Further details outdoors: This garden apartment has fantastic 200sqm private garden with panoramic views. (In our opinion, the best views on the complex, the photos of our apartment is used by many owners on the Pines)! The large terrace is the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful sunsets on the traditional Turkish BBQ. The garden enjoys a sunny position in summer and sunbathing on the garden terrace is delightful due to the cooling sea breeze. The property comes equipped with sunloungers and a outdoor dining set for 6. If you are getting too hot a pergola is placed on the terrace to help you survive the heat!

'Thanks you very much for letting us use your apartment for our holiday, we had a lovely time. Your apartment is great and must be the best placed on the site. Mel was a terrific help making everything run smoothly even our collection when the flight was delayed 4 hrs. We managed to see the sights, Salamis, the Monastry, Herallion Castle and Kyrenia and visit quite a few beaches including a beautiful beach along the pan handle all to ourselves. All the locals were friendly and welcoming. We ate at the 3 restaurants within walking distance as well as others and would recommend all of them. At last my email is working again and I can thank you properly for the use of your apartment! The situation of E2 is fantastic the views to the rear of the mountains seconf to none and Im sure that no other apartment gets the sun all day as your does. The info you provided about restaurants, places to see and things to do was really useful. The transfers were absolutley flawless. Many many thanks to Mel your manager for her help in site and in particular the return of my wifes jewellery which we left behind!
