There are ample terraces for sunbathing or to enjoy al fresco dining. With 2 of the bedrooms opening directly onto the pool a swim before breakfast is a must. Villa Anna can be found just minutes away from our other villa Lemon Tree House.If you are a larger group of family/friends both villas can be booked with a 5% discount.

The Kyrenia District

North Cyprus has a delightful climate with June to September being the hottest months,spring time is the greenest with wild flowers & lush grasses.There are endless places of interest, fascinating ruins and castles such as St Hilarion which rises out of the side of the mountain like a scene from Lord of the Rings. It is said that it inspired Walt Disney's film Fantasia.


Lapta area

The delightful village of Lapta is perfect location for all types of holidays.Depending on the time of year,mountain walking and bird watching Spring and Autumn or sandy beaches,diving,fishing,snorkelling, throughout the summer.There is a wide selection of restaurants in & around Lapta from a seaside local fish kebabs cafe to top quality European restaurants. Should you fancy a flutter there are Casinos where you can try your luck, or for the young set there are Disco's a short drive away. All this is very low key.


How to get there

Fly from London Stanstead/Heathrow/Gatwick or Manchester & other UK Airports to Ercan,Nortn Cyprus via Turkey. You canfly into Larnaca South Cyprus & we can arrange pick up for approximately £40. Taxis from Ercan to Lapta cost approximately £30 if you have booked a hire car via us your transfer from Ercan will be free of charge.
