The "Gîte du KERBRY" is situated in a very beautiful and quiet countryside with a lot of byking tours and designated randoneed, far from only 10 minutes to Lannion (near of Perros-Guirec), in the middle of the Pink Granit Coast. A small supermarket is daily opened at lonly 3 km too. The "Gîte" is a large cottage, 2 floors, typicall and luxurious staffed, and retains many of the traditionnal features. All the pieces are very large and with a hearth staffed. On the groundfloor, there is the living room, the lounge with TV-DVD, a double room, the kitchen, the main bathroom and single toilets. On the 1st floor, there is one other double room plus a single bed, a 4 single beds room and a small bathroom with toilets. Outside, a large terrace with a barbecue and 14 guests' table and seats, a very big garden with outside plays, a private parking and a fantastic panorama offer very pleasant time not also in summer, but in springs, automn and winter too. Ideal for a big family or friend families.

The Brittany / Cotes-D'Armor region
Lannion is the second bigger city of the Côtes d'Armor, very near of Perros-Guirrec, Paimpol, Il de Brehat, and other very famous sites. With a very suitable climat all around the year, tourism can be appreciated at any time for its authenticity. There is various kind of sites, as example : Perros-Guirec side, wich is reputated for its casino, shopping facilities, long beaches and very smart way of life ; the Ajoncs Coast, between Treguier and Prot Blanc beach, which is a marvellous tour to visit by car, bike or foot all around the ocean Coast with rocks, wind, traditionnal cottages, wild both sites and beaches, and really fantastic panoramas all around the tour ; The Plouha Falaises, near of Saint Quay Portrieux, with a lot of randonnees and very small beaches ; the very famous Brehat Island at the north of Paimpol, wich need a one day tour. Moreover, a lot of cultural, artistical and musical events through the region are presented all year long, with traditionnal and lively ambiance. Museums, aquarium and a lot of very typicall small villages and cities with character are to visit too.
Lannion area
Lannion is a pretty city with a lot of shops and markets (small and hyper), an historical down town, movie and other pleasant attractions. The local market is very reputated, every thursday morning. Cultural and traditionnal events : Special musical nights twice a month in the centre of Lannion (Les Tardives), the Festival of the Hortensias in Perros-Guirrec, traditionnal festivals with music and constumes, festival des Vieilles Charues in Carhaix, ... An Attraction Parks very near of the Kerbry Gîte is great for young and no longer young people !
