Set within a perfect spot for touring the beautiful countryside with a wealth of attractions to suit all tastes, within a short drive, including Longleat, Clarks Village at Street, Roman Bath and beaches on the north and south coastline. Enjoy delightful scenery and walks direct from the property and in the evenings visit one of many local family and dog friendly pubs, all serving good food.
Leisure facilities: shared outdoor, heated swimming pool (Easter to end of September). Shared sauna and hot tub, open all year round. Table tennis, table football, basketball net and exercise equipment also available. Outside: field available to exercise dogs. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen and electric included. Wi-fi available. Towels for hire. Regret no smoking in the property. Additional info: owners can provide dog sitting on request. Location: beach 30 minute drive, shop and pubs under 1 mile.
Accessed through a separate driveway, the accommodation is spacious and furnished to a good standard and offers ONE bedroom: double with en-suite shower room and WC, please take care as the bedroom is accessed via a steep open-tread space saver staircase, there is also an external stone staircase which provides access to the bedroom. Lounge/kitchen/diner: downstairs open-plan with TV, DVD, Freeview, woodburner (first basket of logs free), cooker, fridge and microwave. Shared utility: with washing machine in outbuilding. Outside: enclosed private garden with seating and BBQ. Amenities: electric heating included. 2 pets welcome by arrangement.
