This detached property offers an excellent holiday home with so much to do on site and around the local area. Offering some of the best views over the River Torridge, rolling countryside and the coast beyond.

Located on the owners' 700 acre dairy farm, you will be able to enjoy a tranquil and relaxing holiday. Just over 1 mile from the town of Bideford with its shops, pubs and restaurants. The Tarka Trail is close by and offers off-road cycling and walking. The 2 miles of golden sandy beach at Westward Ho! and the sand dunes at Instow are both a 15 minute drive away. The area offers many attractions to suit all tastes including The Big Sheep, Tapeley Park, The Milky Way, Clovelly with its traditional cobbled steps and much more. Leisure facilities: private heated indoor swimming pool within the property (heated to 86F and for sole use) and small gym area with treadmill and exercise bike.

The accommodation is all on one level and offers THREE bedrooms all with lovely countryside views: 2 king-size with TVD/DVD and 1 twin. Bathroom: bath with shower over. Separate WC adjacent. Separate shower and WC in the swimming pool/gym room area. Lounge/dining area: large area with feature fireplace, TV, french doors with 1 step down leading to a large sun lounge with seating area, 42" TV/DVD and swimming pool/gym area. Kitchen: with electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. Utility room: with freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: large enclosed garden with stunning views, patio area with garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, towels, (Please being swimming towels) electric and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking or pets. Location: beach 4 miles, shop and pub 2 miles. Arrival: from 3pm.
