The University adds a unique cosmopolitan atmosphere to the town.

"This cottage was very small and isolated."

We loved many aspects of this cottage but it was tiny and a car was required for getting out to eat or shop. Beautiful views and we were lucky with the weather. … More

Thank you for the review. We are disappointed with your comments as the vast majority of our guests love the character of the property. The cottage is suitable for 2 people, having one bedroom, and this is made clear in the description, as is the location of the cottage and that a 'car is advisable'. But being under 2 miles to the nearest town, a wide range of amenities are accessible also on foot. That said, we are pleased you would recommend the cottage to a best friend and loved many aspects.
