About the home
Our guest house "Baan Lek" (little house) is a self contained unit with plenty of room for 2 people. Set in the quiet area of Namuang, with forested mountains as a backdrop, it is just 11 km from Nathon, capital of the island, and 11 km from the resort town of Lamai, a good place for a night out and an easy place for you to drive to in a Ford Ranger Truck which is yours for the duration.
Beaches are numerous and are close by. Some are very quiet and may only sport 2 people; you! This will be a holiday away from the organised hustle and bustle of hotels etc, you can just do as you please. We will be able to show you typical friendly Thai restaurants where you can enjoy the many dishes on offer, all at very good value.
The house comprises a living area with a kitchen, a bedroom with en-suite bathroom as well as a terrace for dining and relaxing. It is enclosed within a walled area with an established garden and is quite private. A sala and a swimming pool are also available for your use, shared only with the owners.

We stayed for one week in April 2011 and enjoyed the quiet setting in a house that has all amenities. Baan Lek is very spacious and comfortable with a lovely patio overlooking the pool. We were picked up on arrival in Samui and for the rest of the week we were free to use the car provided. Ann and Alan were the perfect hosts and even included us in their social life which was very enjoyable. The breakfast is highly recommended as an optional extra! |
