A stunning property furnished to a high standard, with beautiful gardens, terraced areas and a private gated swimming pool.
Located in traditional Spanish village of Puente Don Manuel, sitting below The Tejeda National Park. The village has lots to offer including a plentiful choice of restaurants & bars, including Traditionl Spanish, Sports Bars, or wine bars.
Climbing, fishing, walking , water sports, historical cities and much more at your disposal.
Plus water parks, bowling, play areas, trampolines to entertain th kiddies etc on the local beach resort of Torre Del Mar (only 20 mins drive).

The villa consists of a fully furnished living room/ dining area ,with feature log fire. Air Con/Heating, Sat. TV.Indoor and Outdoor Sound System, DVD Player.. Fully fitted kitchen, 2 comfortable bedrooms , with fully fitted wardrobes. 1 bathroom en suite, 1 shower room, 2 WC's. Bed Linen and towels provided.

The Garden area include 3 separate terraced seating areas, with private gated swimming pool, sun loungers are available for you leisure . Stone BBQ area with outdoor table and chairs (sits 8) situated under a stunning mature olive tree. Outdoor sound system & lighting in pool and garden area.

The Andalucia / Malaga Province region

The Costa Del Sol region spans over 150 Kilometres of the Malaga Province and is one of Spains most popular tourist areas, Andalucia is known as having the best climate in the world, the friendliest people and the wildest Fiestas.
The Famous historical of City of Malaga, known for its tapa's and wines and the famous Alcazaba. Also Seville & Granada are all within 1hr 30mins drive offering your all the culture you could possibly want.
The Tejeda National Park is within 30 mins drive for the walkers and climbers amongst you, or skiing in the Sierra Nevadas mountains (1hr 30min).
Local beaches include Torre del Mar, 20 mins drive known for its promenade the longest in Costa Del Sol, and the beautiful beach resort of Nerja (30 mins drive)., There are many beautiful villages for you to explore with the likes of Comares, Frigliana all within an 1 hours drive.

The Lake Vinuela / Puente don Manuel area

The village of Peunte Don Manuel offers plenty of bars and restaurants, giving you the choice of traditional spanish cuisine & hospitality. The local Sport bar is within (5mins walk) and the local wine bar (Moreno's) offers swanky surroundings and late night dancing. Numerous local fiestas run throughout the year.
Miguels is the local village shop, we also have a butchers & bakery at hand. Puente holds a weekly farmers market, and for those who like their home comforts there are 2 well stocked English shops.
Velez- Malaga approx 20 mins has a substancial shopping complex with cinema and bowling alley, & includes famous high street names such as Mango & Zara and a larger Hype Market (Eroski).
The local Water Park is also based in Velez. and comes highly recommended from many of our visitors.
