Your peace and tranquility are guaranteed in our 3 bed detached newly reformed villa situated by Lake Vinuela with its breathtaking views, we are the closest to the lake so there is no one to spoil your view. In addition to the 3 generous double bedrooms there is a comfortable double sofabed in the lounge as well as 2 other comfortable sofas. Enjoy the fabulous location and completely relax whilst getting to know this wonderful area of real Spain, no spoilt views here - uninterupted and not overlooked - views of the lake, mountains and the pretty little white villages that dot this picturesque area. Located only 5 minutes from the village of Puente Don Manuel The house is newly furnished inside and out and has stunning lake & mountain views from every window, very large terraces outside and a fabulous large roof solarium. the house has its own private pool and is all on one level Come and be at one with nature, refresh your spirit and explore this beautiful yet convenient area. The house and terracing is all flat and level so suitable for everyone. ths house is in an area of outstanding beauty - car recommended

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region

The scenery is breathtaking. varied and completely unspoilt. Very hot during summer, generally warm during the winter but cooler at night/early morning - we get snow on the mountain tops around us in the real winter months although they are much higher up than we are - it is a pretty sight, sitting on our terrace in a tee shirt. One of the few places you can ski in the snow and sit on the beach basking in sunshine within an hour of each other - yet only 2hours 20mins from the UK!


Lake Vinuela area

You name it its here or nearby! Located on Lake Vinuela - idyllic cycling, horse riding, walking, bird watching, nautre study - yet only 5 minutes from Puente don Manue (our local village with small shops, plenty of bars & restaurants, medical centre nearby) 12 minutes from Velez Malaga/Torre del Mar steeped in history yet with the most up to date facilities Velez Malaga has excellent shopping (Mango,Zara,Erosk etc!) It also has cinema English & Spanish & aircond, bowling aqua park, major hopsital even a new tram! 3 Golf courses nearby Torre del Mar has lovely beaches with bars & restaurants, watersports and lit promenade. Velez is also on the main motorway that follows the Med making this area and beyond a pleasure to explore. The house has lots of maps and tourist information. You name it its here, the lake is great for fishing - permit required - boating, please note no motorised craft permitted, swimming, walking. Torre offers all the usual beach activities & water sports. Nerja is a short drive with its caves, there are water parks, golf courses, sealife centre, Tivoli World theme park, trips to Gibraltar & Morocco, warm natural spas at Alhama, Granada is only 80kms away making it an easy day trip to "do" the Alhambra Palace, the bizars, museums, galleries. Malaga is so easy to get to thanks to the fab motorway networks Spain has not to mention skiing in the Sierra Nevada. Quaint dotted white washed villages, spring water gushing out of the local mountains, wine runs, oliver & almond groves, this is the old Spain but with the convenience and entertainment of the modern world. Goats are still shepherded near the house, bells tinkling, chameleons are still here. It really is a wonder land full of variety or just enjoy the house with its stunning lake & mountain views (we are the closest to the lake), your own pool and relax

Easy 45 min drive from Malaga airport(1hr from Granada airport) The house has large grounds for you to roam and around the house a very large terrace - all one level - with patio furniture, sunbeds, swing hammock, bbq and cool of in your own private pool. ample parking by the house for several cars, boats, etc, hose available. In addition to the generous 3 double bedrooms there is a comfortable double sofabed in the lounge in addition to 2 other comfortable sofas. The house itself has been built to maximise the lake & mountain views which are stunning from every room and furnished it this year with mexican pine throughout to complement the rustic charm. Very large open plan kitchen with large fridge/freezer, microwave & large cooker (gas) and plenty of new oak units well equipped with utensils, bowls, etc to make the most of our lovely markets! The large lounge/diner is also open plan with ample indoor dining and ample seating, 3 large comfortable sofas (1 is double sofabed), sky tv , dvd, cd player, coffee tables, games & books, even a few toys. All the bedrooms have superior mattresses and stunning lake & mountain views Master bedroom has a large bathroom en suite with full bath and shower over. all bedrooms have ample storage, full blackout blinds & curtains. Travel cot, highchair and extra single bed available. There are rejas fitted to all doors and windows. there is a separate shower room with large walk in shower.
