Overlooking the beautiful Lake Vinuela. Unique holiday property beautifully furnished and fully equipped to the highest standards for 3-4 families of up to 17 people (plus babies). This is the maximum, and the house will accommodate parties of this size, however groups of 6-10 people, would have much more space to enjoy the facilities. Air-conditioning and central heating throughout. Double glazed windows with electronic security blinds. Central Station Burglar Alarm. Sky Digital TV, 10 x 5 Metre Pool, Huge terraces, large parking area, and landscaped gardens. Maid Service available.
The property is not let out separately-which means that you will have the whole place to yourself, not sharing, under any circumstances. During the winter season, we may consider renting the penthouse alone. A perfect place for couples or even a family with a small baby.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
Overlooking the beautiful Lake Vinuela, which lies 45 mins east of Malaga airport, just 20 mins from the beach at Torre del Mar, or 30 mins from the well known resort of Nerja. Just over an hour to the north is the historic city of Granada, and in the Sierra Nevada 15mins up from Granada the winter ski resort of Sol y Nieve is one of Spain’s best kept secrets. Malaga with the recently opened Picasso museum is worth a trip, also having beautiful beaches and shops, Further along the more renowned areas of the Costa Del Sol still exploit all their wonders for instance Puerto banus, Benalmadena, The Casino at Torrequebrada, and of course more Golf Courses than any other area of Spain, or perhaps the world, mile for mile.
Lake Vinuela / Los Romanes area

The house is approx 1km from the village of Los Romanes where you will find the village shop and bakery, to cater for your everyday needs, within the lake area there are 6 or 7 more small shops, butchers etc. For a major shopping trip the Ingenio centre is just over 15 minutes in the car, where you'll find a hypermarket, High Street shops, as well as others, Fast food and restaurants, Multi Screen cinema and a Night Club. Whilst the house is in an idyllic and tranquil setting there are at least 20 restaurants without leaving the lake area. GOLF is never far away in Spain, and it's no different here, there are 2 local courses

Further details indoors: This is a unique property arranged over 3 floors. The Penthouse has a lounge and superb kitchen, with terraces overlooking the lake, a cloakroom with bath and shower, for visiting guests from below or someone sleeping in the lounge. The master suite of this part of the house contains a walk in dressing room, and a fantastic wetroom bathroom, with a bidet, sink and WC. The terrace mentioned above is also accessed from the bedroom. You have all the usual facilities like TV DVD, SKY, CD player with radio, and of course air conditioning and heating Ideal for Grandparents, or a special perk the person booking the holiday. One the ground level is the main part of the house with a another supeb and fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances that you have at home. The cavernous lounge leads to 'probably the largest terrace in the vicinity' as well as two more bedrooms, one has an en suite bathroom, and the other's bathroom is just across the hallway. The dining table is compact but extends to seat at least 10 inside, but there are two very large patio tables and chairs, enough for 16 outside, where you'll spend most of your time. You have all the usual facilities like TV DVD, SKY, CD player radio,, I pod Dock , and of course air conditioning and heating There is a large staircase leading down to the 'kids' level, where a kitchenette is in the corner of the extensive lounge which houses a pool table, sofas, one of which converts into a double sofa bed, the other could easily sleep a child/teenager. TV stereo, and more games than you could shake a stick at! As well as AC/Heating of course The large bathroom includes twin sinks and a corner bath. One of the bedrooms has a vanity sink, and has a double bed as well as a set of bunk beds The other bedroom has 2 x single beds that can be pushed together to make a double, as well as another set of bunk beds. This level leads out to the lower road level, and is very handy for unloading the cars. We have 3 cots and 3 High Chairs for toddlers, these are included in the cost of the house if you need them.
Further details outdoors: Beautiful Landscaped gardens surround the house with plants and palm trees creating that fantastic holiday feeling. The pool area is huge and surrounding the 10 x 5 mtr pool we have an extensive area of safety surface which avoids slipping with wet feet. This area is also equipped with ample reclining sunbeds and beach towels. Adjacent to the pool area is the Utility room, which houses the laundry eqpt. as well as a WC to save running thru the house with wet feet! Removable gates have been installed for those families with small children who want to make the pool a no go area for toddlers, However the gates don't affect any other groups as they will only be in place when necessary. There is a large lawned area to the east of the house which again is gated and fenced to keep little ones in. For Children, young and old there is a large trampoline with safety enclosure A brick built BBQ is situated just off the terrace. near the dining tables. As mentioned earlier there is a separate terrace on the next level up, surrounding the penthouse. There's room for 3-4 cars on the driveway leading to the gate onto the pool terrace, but ample parking for at least 6 cars down on the road near the "kids" level

SMOKING. This is a non smoking house, however there are ash trays provided for those who wish to smoke outside.
Conditions
For the comfort of all our guests we do allow smoking, but only OUTSIDE please, where ash trays are provided. Check In 4pm check out 10am to allow for thorough clean/preparation for all guests.
