Andalucia is known as having the best climate in the world, the friendliest people and with lots of fiestas. Visit the famous Alhambra Palace & Gardens, ski or walk in the Sierra Nevada.
Lake Vinuela / Alcaucin area
Excellent local restaurants and bars within 3 minutes walking distance, serving local dishes and tapas. Lake Vinuela with sailing, fishing & horse riding facilities available. A new commercial centre and multi cinema with over 200 shops including Eroski hypermarket and restaurants. Anoreta golf & Baviera golf within 20 minutes drive.
An hours drive takes you to the bustling resorts of Torremolinos, Benalmadena, Fuengirola and Marbella. Approx 25 minutes drive takes you to the beach at Torre Del Mar & 35 minutes to Nerja along the beautiful coastline passing through Torrox.
If adventurous, two & a half hours drive will take you to the English port of Gibraltar, were you are able to go by ferry to Tangers, Morocco, for the day.
How to get there
Fiy into Malaga (40 mins drive) or Granada Airport which is 1 hour 20 mins drive. Cheap flights available through Easyjet, Monarch, Ryanair, Bmybaby, Jet2 ect. Car hire available from airport, or airport pick up service re taxi can be arranged on request. Please ask for details.

You can explore the surrounding area and wonder through the Spanish markets which are in Torrox on Mondays; Torre del Mar; Thursdays and Caleta on a Saturday.
