The first is an apartment placed on the first floor of the farmhouse. The main features of this lodging are the old architraves in the middle of the living room. It is furnished with XVIII century pieces, typical of rural families.
It consits of 3 double rooms, 1 twin/double room, large and well-lit living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator and electric oven, one bathroom with shower, and one bathroom with bath tub
The second apartment is situated on the ground floor of the farmhouse. It is possible to reach it through two independent entrances. It is furnished with original XIX century pieces, typical of rural families.
It's composed by 1 double room,1 twin/double room, a huge living room with an old fireplace and sofa bed, one kitchen, one bathroom with shower and one bathroom with bath tub.
Heating to be paid according to consumption. Security deposit 400 euros. Laundry: 8 euros per washing cycle. Swimming-pool towels: 7 euros each (deposit 20 euros)

Castiglion Fiorentino: a medieval village also enclosed by Etruscan walls.
San Gimignano: part of the Unesco heritage, is a beautiful historical medieval village, famous for its 14 medieval towers and amazing works of art including beautiful monumental churches and frescos.
Pienza: also part of humanity heritage, is one of the very few ideal towns of the Renaissance in Europe.
Montepulciano: it treasures beautiful medieval, Renaissance and Baroque monuments. Very famous for its vineyards and hilly landscapes that give birth to the delicious vino Nobile.
Montalcino: medieval village also known for the delicious wine produced in its countryside.
