The property is only 4yrs old and is decorated to a very high standard. All rooms are double spacious rooms with ensuite. All amenities are within walking distance. If you are a Golfer then you will be staying in the right place. Views of the Lahinch Golf Course can be seen from all windows in the house.

There is 2 Bedrooms downstairs and 5 bedrooms upstairs. There is a large sitting room and dining room with 2 large dining tables. The house is totally enclosed with a gate, which makes it safe for children. There is a large carpark with secure parking. The house has excellent self catering facilities is double oven, american fridge and 12 seater dining room, with additional chairs. The house is suitable for Golfers as the house overlooks the Campionship course and small 18 hole course. It is also suitable for Surfers who are visiting Lahinch to surf the waves. We have catered in the past for large groups of surfers. The house is also suitable to families who want to relax and enjoy the facilities of Lahinch with their children. The holiday homes is very popular with American tourists who enjoy visiting Lahinch. There is access to 7 TVs in the house.

July and August the house is only rented Saturday to Saturday. Weekend rates availabe for the rest of the year. There is a damage deposit of E300 which is refunded once house has been checked for any damages. We also accept paypal. A deposit of E300 will secure booking the balance of the holiday is paid 4 weeks prior to booking. There is strictly no smoking within the house.

The County Galway/County Clare region

Co Clare is a beautiful scenic location. It is in perfect location for visiting trourists sites, ie Killarney, Bunratty Castle, Burren, Galway. Lahinch is a Golf Town and Sufing Town.


Lisdoonvarna Match Maker Festival is a fantastic tourists attraction.

"Ideal house for Lahinch"

Our group of 5 spent 3 nights at Klondell House in May 2014. Location is ideal with golf course across the street and 'downtown' Lahinch less than 10 minutes walk. House is well-equipped, clean and spacious. The only issue for our group was the lack of wifi.
Highly recommended.

"Excellent location to golf course, Lahinch town and the beach"

I was on a surfing weekend and klondell house was perfect size for the group and a very good price . The house has everything you need and very high spec
I would highly recommend this location to stay at and very close to Lahinch town, golf couse and the beach

We are delighted that our guests enjoyed their stay at Klondell House. We make every effort to ensure that our guests feel welcome and are comfortable. We udate the house every year and are in the process of putting T.V's into bedrooms.

"A fantastic base for an excellent holiday"

The house was very clean and each room had ensuite facilities. It was a perfect base, with plenty of room to cater for 14 adults, ranging in age from 19 to 57 with one child aged 2. There were excellent facilities in the kitchen with an American style fridge and a good patio area with barbeque, The house is beside Lahinch Golf Club and is within easy walking distance to the shops,restaurants and bars. I have no hesitation in recommending Klondell House.

"Magnificent house within walking distance to Lahinch"

Fantastic, spacious house with en- suite in every room. There are double beds in all rooms and no twin beds as advertised but this made no difference to us but to be aware. Walking distance to Lahinch. Would stay here again without hesitation.

"Perfect for a large group"

Spent a great weekend in February at this house. Really recommend it for large groups, there is so much space that it never felt crowded which was helped by each room having an ensuite. Location is perfect as well, less that 10 minute walk from the town. Very minor gripes would be that hot water ran out quite quickly (we were only 7 people so well under capacity for the house) and the house was a little cold when we arrived - all things which could be ironed out very easily and the cold would not be an issue in summer time.

"So much room for activities!"

Found this house on Daft. Myself and a few friends looking to get away for the Easter Weekend. It looked amazing in the pictures on the site, and in fairness you wouldn't think it could be better in person, but it was.

The size of this house was just unreal, the hall itself is huge, you could nearly play a game of football in it. The kitchen was amazing, everything you needed was there! Big dining room that sat about 20 people! The only little thing I would say is that there is only one fridge. For a house that sleeps 18 people this isn't a whole lot of space when you're storing beer, that'd be the only thing you could do with more of!

One of my favourite things about this house was that all the bedrooms were en-suite, and all had showers! The beds were comfy, and the rooms themselves were really big! The master bedroom was about the size of the bottom floor of your average two storey semi detatched! That's no over statement.

There is loads of parking at the front and rear of the house too which was really handy as we had 4 cars with us!

The house is located about ten minutes walk from Lehinch town which is perfect and is on the road out towards Doolin, The Cliffs of Moher etc. It was perfect for heading off sight seeing!

We all absolutely loved this house, can't wait to go back to it!
