Colourful artwork adorns the fresh white walls, and an abundance of floor to ceiling windows ensures that guests can fully appreciate the lovely tropical gardens and cool breezes.

Living Room and Dining Room
With a contemporary design, crisp and distinct lines, the bright living room with floor to ceiling windows is open plan with constantina doors opening up on to the garden and pool deck, ideally suited for tropical living. The living room is fully equipped to keep the most restless of holiday makers fully entertained. With a 42 inch flat screen TV, Satellite TV (86 channels incl ESPN, HBO, CNN, BBC and kids channels ), DVD and wireless internet connection throughout the villa. The dining room has floor ceiling windows overlooking the gardens and a large centre table comfortably sitting eight guests.

Kitchen
The modern European style kitchen has black granite worktops and is fully equipped with two refrigerators, four-ring hob, oven, microwave oven and dishwasher. The washing machine and tumble dryer can be found in the separate utility room.

Master Bedroom
The Master Suite with king size bed and wooden floors opens up onto the pool deck and offers direct access to the pool. It is spacious, has a separate dressing area with fitted wardrobes and luxury bathroom with large bath, double sink and rain shower.

Sala Bedroom
Opening up on to the pool, with a king size bed and wooden floors; this is a stand alone Sala with en suite bathroom and double sink.

Spacious bedroom with wooden floors, fitted wardrobes and king size bed. Overlooks the gardens with en suite bathroom.

There is no doubt that the pool, deck and garden area is one of its most exciting features. The 4.5 x 7 m private resort –style swimming pool has a large relaxation area for sun bathing or reading. It is flanked by a timber deck furnished with comfortable beds for sun bathing, outdoor dining table and chairs, full size barbeque, outdoor shower and a fully equipped bar complete with fridge and sink, the perfect spot for a sun downer!
The garden layout lends itself to total privacy with plenty of shady corners to relax. It has a wrap-around landscaped garden and an added feature of a lotus pond to welcome you home.

Bella Villa is nestled in one of Phuket’s most prestigious residential areas, just a few minutes drive from the famous five-star Laguna Resort and golf course and spectacular Layan beach. By Air
Although Phuket is an island, getting here is very straightforward. The majority of tourists arrive through Phuket International Airport (HKT). However, you can also get to Phuket by road, rail (in a roundabout way), and of course by sea if you have your own boat.

Getting to Phuket by air couldn't be easier. Phuket is served by an international airport with a number of scheduled and charter flights from Europe and around Asia. There are also plenty of flights every day from Bangkok and Singapore.

By Road
Phuket is about 867km (539 miles) from Bangkok, with a travelling time of approximately 10 hours. There are many car rental companies in Bangkok, both international firms such as Avis and Budget, as well as local companies.
