Accommodation consists of one double bedroom with en–suite bathroom (can also be shared), a further double and twin bedroom with further bathroom. There is also a separate twin bedroom at the far side of the villa with its own wash basin and shower cubicle.
The spacious and elegant living area is open-planned and L-shaped. There are two wood-burning stoves for winter lets. There is a large television screen on the wall, a DVD player and CD player.
The kitchen is separated from the dining and sitting room living areas by a very large marble-topped breakfast bar. It is fully fitted with gas cooker, microwave, large fridge, espresso and filter coffee maker with enough crockery for eight people eating inside or al fresco. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine
A long drive leads down the side of the villa to a large rustic car port, sufficient for four cars. Beyond this is a rough grass area.
The villa’s swimming pool is 10 x 5 metres with lounging area on one side & sunken garden at far end. There are steps into the shallow end. There is a spacious poolside courtyard with a shaded cabana and barbeque. There is also a roof terrace with further barbecue offering spectacular views extending to the Monchique Mountains.
There is a large selection of shops, bars, restaurants and beaches offering a variety of water sports at Praia Da Luz, two kilometres away.
For golf enthusiasts, Boavista, Parque Da Floresta and Palmares,golf courses are only a very short drive away.
There is maid service five mornings a week.

Vila do Bispo is well worth a visit with its classic Portuguese town centre of white-washed buildings, as is Cape St Vincent which is the most south western point of Europe.

There are plenty of things to do in this beautiful town on the coast of the Algarve. This is a laid-back town where you can relax on the beach in the sunshine, explore the inland countryside or spend a leisurely lunch at one of the local restaurants enjoying the food.
