About the home

This is a large 2 bed apartment, just 200 metres(flat walk) from the lovely Meia Praia beach and the Marina.

This is a new apartment, fully furnished with 38" Satellite TV.

It has a large terrace with BBQ and plenty of seating overlooking the pools and views to beyond the boatyards and old town.

This area is famous for its beautiful beaches, its fantastic restaurants and top class golf courses with year round sunshine.

It has magnificent walks and great cave and grotto trips ,along with sailing ,fishing, surfing and dolphin trips not to mention horse riding, mountain biking and water parks. As if that's not enough, it is steeped in history the age of discovery and exploration for you to delve into with many monuments and ruins to see and even the first slave market in europe is still standing in the old town.

Facilities outside the apartment include two pools ,Private parking for two cars in the underground carpark of the building.
A new hotel just opened 10mins walk away called Hotel Vila Gale ,a 4* hotel with beautiful restaurant pools and spa facilities ,well worth a visit .
The Marina is nearby with shops bars and restaurants there is an ATM and a little place to buy your morning papers( in most languages ).

Further details

On the day of your arrival you may take posession of the apartment at 2pm
On the morning of your departure you must vacate the apartment by 10am.
This is important as we need time for the cleaners to prepare for the next group of guests.

There are wonderful mountains with peaceful countryside almost untouched by tourists, and the coastline with breathtaking cliffs and grottos to explore

Lagos has plenty to keep you occupied apart from it having the best beaches in the world with every conceivable water sport from fishing ,sailing surfing wakeboarding which are a stones throw from the apartment it also boasts some of the best golf courses in Europe and is considered a golfers paradise,The Marina is only a five minute walk where you can browse in the little shops ,book a trip to see the dolphins or just relax and watch the world go by!

Myself and Alison founf the apartment perfect.
We were very pleased with how modern, spacious, and clean it was, with easy access to the centre of lagos, as well as beach.
I found the fact that there were 2 separate modern bathrooms great, very handy for getting ready, and very personable
with lots of accessories you had left for us to use (shower gels / shampoo / sun oils etc).
The balcony is a great place to relax with the modern sun loungers and built in bbq, and you can sit and enjoy the views of the
pool as well as watching the plasma in the lounge from the balcony too.
The electric window shutters are very mod con as well.
We will probably be in touch in 2010, as we found it great value for money, and can honestly say on behalf of both of us,
that it was the best, most modern, spacious apartment I have stayed in.
We love Lagos, and will definitely return, hopefully soon.

Hi Cara, Just wanted to thank you for a wonderful stay at your amazing apartment, we really were gobsmacked when we saw how luxurious it was. It was great not to have to bring towels or shampoo and you even had a well stocked cupboard with tea and coffee and oooh just about everything we could need!!!! Just to say we had a wonderful holiday in your apartment. The apartment really
is great - so big and airy. We all loved the pool and it was brilliant to be in
walking distance of town and the beach.

One thing I'd suggest - in your advert
make a bit more of the fact it's so close to Lagos itself. Before we left, I
looked at google images of Meia Praia and worried I'd made the wrong decision -
however, the reality is it's really close to the town and the location was
perfect for us. Perhaps describing it as Lagos Marina/Meia Praia would indicate
its proximity to both beach and town??

Just a thought. Anyway, good luck with your rentals
