About the home

The Lakes Garden villa is a truly luxurious three bedroom villa with stunning views, and located on the upmarket but friendly resort of Boavista, just five minutes from the towns and beaches of Lagos. The villa has a ground floor bedroom suite, making it suitable for the less able, and comes with access to all of the facilities at Boavista including large heated outdoor pool, discounted golf, tennis, health club/spa membership, children's play area, football academy (in high season) and discounts in the main restaurant and bar. Free membership of the health club/spa/gym at certain times of the year - enquire for details, otherwise offered at the highly discounted rate of £25 per week (total payable for all occupants of the villa)

The villa has a front terrace, rear terrace on to which the bedrooms open and a lovely garden, which opens out to the golf course with stunning views of the second fairway and the countryside, and making it a very peaceful place to be and suitable for those wanting a relaxing or activity/golf based holiday.

The Lakes Garden villa is furnished to an exceptional standard and has everything you could wish for for either a short holiday stay or a longer winter stay. The inside of the villa has been interior designed and offers high quality furnishings and linens and is a great place to stay for either couples or families.

Boavista offers a wide range of facilities, all of which are available to guests at the Lakes Villa at discounted rates. For golfers, there is a 25% discount on normal green fees and free use of the extensive practice areas of chipping, pitching, putting, and bunker practice. For holiday makers, there is a very large outdoor heated pool with plenty of sunloungers, a health club/spa with lovely indoor pool, two superb restaurants/bars (and others within walking distance), children's play area, tennis (tuition available) and in the high season, the ever popular Football Academy is held.

25% deposit payable on booking, with balance due eight weeks before arrival plus a £200 returnable damage deposit.

The Algarve / West Algarve region

Boavista is located five minutes from the towns and beaches of Lagos and Luz. As well as all the facilities at this upmarket resort which are available to guests, both Lagos and Luz are good for watersports, riding, biking and all other outdoor activities.

The beaches are truly superb and much less crowded (even in high season) than on the central Algarve and if it's culture or nightlife you're looking for, both have a preponderance of each. Go in land just a couple of minutes, and you'll get to experience the real 'Portugal' with superb, cheap restaurants and stunning scenery

The Lagos area

Water sports, cycling, horseriding, walking, slide and splash water theme park, zoo, musical events at the Centro do Culture (the Lagos Symphony is excellent!), sand sculpture park, shopping, eating, drinking, clubbing - it's all in the area and all set amongst stunning scenery.

Lagos is located just a 50 minute (easy motorway drive) from Faro airport. All major scheduled/cheap airlines fly to Faro from across the UK, Ireland and Europe. For visitors from the United States, Canada and other countries, Lisbon airport is just two hours away.
