About the home

The Boavista Golf & Country Club is an excellent development by the English builder, Emerson Developments, about a 45 minute drive from Faro airport.
Fairviews village has the benefit of its own pool, and is very accessible for the tennis courts, football pitch (where the Mark McCormack soccer school is based. The villa is close to all amenities, is on the golf course and has a very private patio and lawned garden at the rear.

Both upstairs bedrooms have balconies, en-suite bathrooms and LCD tv's with independent Sky services. There are stunning views of the golf course and the Atlantic ocean from the balcony of the master bedroom and from the rear patio/garden.

The villa is ideal for two golfing couples, large families or two families with children. The location is very safe, the golf course is superb and ideal for golfers of all standards. The local beaches are some of the best in Europe and Lagos is a great place for a relaxed meal, local shopping or a night on the town. There are water parks and Zoomarine, with its dolphin shows, a very easy drive away.

The new golf clubhouse is stunning, has superb, friendly staff, and relaxed dining - but also now boasts a wonderful spa with 25 metre swimming pool, sauna, steam room, fully-equipped gym and health & beauty facilities. There is an internet hotspot in the clubhouse lounge - but free internet wi fi is now available in the villa.

The villa has en suite bathrooms to the master and second bedrooms and a further shower room downstairs adjacent to bedroom 3. The villa has all the facilities you could expect and is looked after by the on-site management company, Careways. Towels are changed mid-week and a full clean weekly.
Hair dryers, dvd player, iron and ironing board are available.

There is air conditioning throughout but the villa also benefits from a cosy gas fire for winter evenings.

2. Two tennis courts and a children's playground less than 200 metres away - tennis coaching available
3. Mark McCormack's soccer school available throughout the year
4. Membership of the health club is available at preferential rates - enjoy the superbly-equipped gym, the lovely pool with jacuzzi, sauna and steam room or a health treatment in the luxurious spa
5. Last but not least the wonderful Boavista golf club, stunning location, great course, challenging for serious golfers but playable by all standards.
This is a wonderful location for families, couples and golfers - and the sun shines a heck of a lot more than it does in the UK!!!

We love the beach and beach bars/restaurants in the nearby town of Luz.

Lagos is a great holiday location, a very short drive or taxi journey away, it boasts a lovely marina, a quaint but lively Portugese centre with restaurants, bars and clubs to suit all tastes. Great holiday shopping.
The Algarve shopping centre with its multiplex cinema is just a 20 minute drive away.
