Golf facilities include, 18 hole championship course, driving range, golf academy, club and buggy hire, putting green etc. 25% discount on green fees and 10% available on other purchases including food and drink at the newly built clubhouse. The rental of the apartment also includes free access to the newly built on-site Health Club and Spa, which has a gym, indoor heated pool, sauna and steam room. Additional resort activities include a heated swimming pool, tennis, 5-a-side football and a children's play area.
The apartment is 50 minutes from Faro airport and 5 minutes drive from the picturesque town of Lagos and the beach resort of Luz. Lagos is a great place to dine out with many restaurants and cafe-bars and beautiful cobbled streets. Luz is a beautiful beach resort with golden sand and rock pools.

The Apartment is fully equipped to a very high standard, including air conditioning/heating, satellite television in the living room and both bedrooms. Dining table for 6 people. There is private parking to the front of the apartment. The Resort provides full security 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
Maid service is provided and the towels and linen are changed weekly. All linen and towels are provided but you will need to take your own beach towels.
Electronic security safes are fitted in both bedrooms to store your valuables.
The apartment is protected by electric roller shutters on all the windows, which helps to keep the apartment cool during the day and ventilated during the night, as well as providing extra security.

The property is in our opinion in one of the best positions, overlooking the 2nd Fairway of the Championship golf course. The apartment is set in beautifully landscaped and maintained gardens.
The south facing balcony has views over the golf course and across to Lagos Bay. The balcony has a table and 4 chairs as well as two sun loungers.
The Algarve / West Algarve region
The Western Algarve is a wonderful holiday destination - Gorgeous sandy beaches and glorious sunshine almost all year-round, the Algarve is the dream holiday destination with its golden sands, azure seas and striking rock formations along the coast.
There are also numerous Championship golf courses within a short drive and lots of activities for children, including Lagos Zoo and two nearby water parks.
The Lagos / Boavista area
Lagos is one of the few Algarve holiday destinations which is still very much a real town as well as a tourist destination. It is still a vibrant fishing port and a bustling market town. Lagos is a vibrant and exciting place to visit and during the summer months is bustling with activity. The town has a varied night life with bars, a jazz club, many high quality restaurants, classical concerts and other activities.
Lagos is home to some of the best beaches on the western Algarve. Amongst our favourites is the beach at Porto do Mos, but there is also a lovely beach at Meia Praia to the east of town. From the old town you can walk to a number of tiny cove beaches, such as Praia do Pinhão, or Praia de Dona.
The Beautiful beach resort of Praia da Luz is five minutes away with lots of facilities such as water sports, bars, cafes, small shops and restaurants. Just along from Luz are the beautiful villages of Burgau and Salima both offering good restaurants and excellent beaches.

The apartment is situated on the Boavista Golf Resort, just on the outskirts of the historic town of Lagos. Faro airport is approx. 50 minutes away and the Boavista Resort is easy to find just off the A22 motorway (Junction 1). We tend to fly with either BA (www.ba.com), Easyjet (www.easyjet.com) or Monarch (www.flymonarch.com) airlines.
There are lots of car hire companies based at Faro airport and we tend to use Budget (www.budget.co.uk) or book online with Carjet (www.carjet.com)

If your family 4/5 are looking for an apartment with all the equipment this is it .At the time of the year we visited we wanted to ensure we could swim every day and the indoor pool was the best we have been in and we are travelled .
The owner has laid out the apartment perfectly even the choice of magazines was great and sky in evey room saves lots of arguments
Use the clubhouse for alternative non driving meals ,car needed to get into Lagos which has lots going on

Ideal holiday location for families. Rental property was very well equipped. Pool was a minute walk from the property. Golf club house within easy walking distance providing good value for money bar meals and a fantastic BBQ on Friday nights. Excellent location for exploring Western Algarve.

25% non-refundable deposit upon booking.
Balance due 6 weeks prior to departure.
Late bookings require payment in full prior to departure.
A damage deposit of £100 will be required which will be returned within 14 days of return providing no damage has occurred. Any damages should be reported to our agent Careways who have an office at Boavista.
