Meia Praia beach, which is a 10 minutes walk from the development, is one of the Algarve's most favoured
beaches.

Three large bedrooms with expansive closet space and air-conditioning, all with balcony access. Furnished to very high standard all mod cons including sat TV.

There is a fully equipped modern kitchen featuring a gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine and breakfast bar with 5 stools.

Lounge furnished to very high standard including 2 by 2 seater leather sofas and Plasma satellite TV (BBC, ITV etc).

Balcony with views of marina and beach with table and 4 chairs. All bedrooms opening onto balcony.

Air conditioning and heating throughout.

Enclosed condominium, security entrance, videophone entrance to apartment, superb secure relaxing location.

There is a large outdoor pool, children's play area, snack bar and landscaped garden.

The apartment has private basement car parking.There are two lifts both of which service the ground floor entrance area and basement providing access to the swimming pool area and secure basement parking area.

There are electric shutters on all windows.

Conditions

A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking and the balance is payable 6 weeks prior to your arrival.

There is a security breakage deposit of €150 which is also payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. This will be returned to you once we have confirmation from our Lagos representative that everything is in order.

Apartment cleaned and linen changed weekly, extra towels provided in apartment.

Please note that discounts will apply for long lettings so please contact us if you require the apartment for longer than two weeks.

The Algarve / West Algarve region

The Western Algarve is a very beautiful and relatively unspoilt part of the Algarve which makes it very peaceful and great for walking or cycling. There are lots of sandy beaches to be found, some more popular and some that are so secluded that only local knowledge or a chance find will take you there.

The weather is your typical blue sky, bright sunshine weather which can start from the end of February onwards although you could never call it particularly cold during the day at any time of the year. There is normally a light breeze in the Western Algarve, which takes away the heat, and during the summer the evenings are still really warm.

The Algarve is renowned for the number and quality of its golf courses which are playable all year round. There are some good deals to be had in the summer. There are various family attractions such as waterparks within reach.
Barao de Sao Joao National Park, the Monchique Mountains, Cape St Vincent, Silves Castle or the town of Loule are all worth a visit.

The Lagos area

Lagos is a destination for all year round holidays. The town is the ancient capital of the Algarve.
There are many sandy beaches within easy reach of the apartment and the marina is only a couple of minutes walk across the swing bridge. Boat trips, fishing trips, dolphin watching, sailing and surfing expeditions are all activities available in the local area.

There's a good selection of bars and restaurants and shopping in and around the town. There's always plenty to do in the evenings - although Lagos IS NOT a clubber's paradise!

There are two excellent golf courses on the outskirts and many more within 30 minutes drive.

Flying: Cheap flights to Faro are available via RyanAir, Aer Lingus,Easyject, Flybe, Jet 2, Thomson Fly, Palmair, etc. as well as with scheduled and charter airlines. Booking early can secure excellent deals. On arrival at Faro, you can travel to the apartment by car, taxi or train.

Car: All major car rental companies are well represented at Faro Airport. Advance booking is advisable and this can be arranged for you with two local companies. The journey takes approximately 50-60 minutes mainly on the motorway and directions will be sent to you.

Taxi: Taxis cost between 75 and 115 Euros each way depending on time of day and number of passengers. Remember to check and agree the price with the taxi driver beforehand.

Train: The train from Faro to Lagos takes about 2 hours and costs approximately 8 Euros per person each way. NB. You will need a taxi from Faro Airport to Faro Railway Station. On arrival at Lagos Railway Station, the apartment is within walking distance
