This lovely recently built villa is situated on a new quiet residential area within walking from beach, supermarket & restaurant. There is a small garden at the front of the house with parking space. Front door leads straight into the spacious dining room with access through to kitchen & lounge.
The kitchen is modern & well equipped. The spacious lounge has sliding patio doors leading to small back garden, barbecue & pool area. The swimming pool, although small, is ideal for families with children as it has a safety fence.
The 1st floor is accessed by wooden stairs where there are three spacious bedrooms, master bedroom has its own private bathroom and there is a separate shower room which serves the other 2 bedrooms.

The Algarve is amonst the top European holiday destinations and Faro, being the capital of the Algarve, is easily accessible from most European airports. Despite the obvious influence of tourism, a short drive inland shows the true Algarve where life goes on much as it has for many centuries.
The brightly coloured region with orange groves & almost trees in blossom is also the most verdant and fertile. Sports enthusiasts will find ideal conditions and top class facilities, the golf courses and tennis establishments have a highly prized reputation. Last month saw the opening of the formula 1 Auto race track situated just outside Lagos, which has some very important race meetings.
Lagos / Porto de Mos area
The beautiful coastal town of Lagos is an ideal location for spending a relaxing holiday with its beautifully tree-lined avenue with the river on one side and the typical Moorish style buildings of the town on the other side. There are a variety of lovely sandy beaches which invite long walks by the sea. With such an ideal climate throughout the year sport is a top priority.
There are 4 very good golf courses in the area, a wide variety of sporting facilities including horse riding, tennis, cycling and many other attractions for all the family including fun parks, water parks. The town itself is picturesque and has some very interesting historic buildings worth visiting such as the golden church, slave market, museum.
The Portuguese have a fantastic cuisine, their most popular dishes are based on seafood, fresh grilled fish and cataplanas accompanied by fine Portuguese wines. The newly built Marina with its colourful harbour front has a variety of bars, restaurants and shops.
