About the home

This one-storey immaculately presented property comprises of a reception hall with cloakroom, airy living room, dining room, large fully equipped kitchen with separate laundry and utility room. There are 2 bedrooms and a family bathroom plus a spacious master bedroom with full en-suite bathroom.

All the rooms have large patio doors that lead onto either the pool area or covered garden terraces. There is a sizeable heated swimming pool with shower and BBQ area. The villa has a separate Garage.
The accommodation is ideal for 6 but would sleep 8, if required.

The Algarve / West Algarve region

The Lagos / Atalaia area

Situated in the extreme Southwest of the Algarve, region of Portugal, Lagos was born under the sign of the sea.

This settlement, whose origins are lost in the far distant past, has been determined by the geographical shape of its bay. In fact, the first inhabitants probably come as far as the Neolithic period. People came from the Mediterranean basin – Phoenicians, Greeks and even Carthaginians.

Lagos is now a cosmopolitan city boasting many beautiful beaches from the 7km stretch of Meia Praia to smaller secluded beaches such as Dona Ana.

You can either fly into Faro International airport and then drive approximately 80Km to the villa, or alternatively, fly into Lisbon International airport and catch a train to the Algarve or hire a car and drive.

The journey from Lisbon to the Algarve averages about 3 hours.
