Built to exceptional standards this sophisticated development is strategically placed within the Vale da Lama estate at the end of Meia Praia beach in Lagos, one of the longest and most stunning beaches in the Algarve.

From the balcony or the swimming pool area the view of the estuary is extraordinary. An uninterrupted and protected view of the estuary ensures you of a true beach side experience.

Conditions

A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking (it is advisory not to book your flights until this has been confirmed).
A separate refundable breakages deposit of £100 is required with the outstanding balance no later than 30 days before your arrival date. This deposit will be returned no later than 2 weeks after your leaving date.

The Lagos / Odiaxere area

Lagos town is set in one of the largest bays on the Algarve. An attractive, bustling town it was conquered in the 8th Century by the Moors who left behind fortifications, some of which can still be seen today.
An abundance of small cove beach areas with their own beach bars make it a great area to explore or sunbathe.

Zoo Marine and the Slide and Splash waterpark are both within a 15-20 minute drive and are excellent value for money.

Regular boat trips to see the Dolphins or cave exploring can be found all along the Lagos Marina.
Restaurants & Bars are plentiful and cater for all tastes.
Water sport activities are varied and readily available.
There are roughly 30 golf courses all within a 5-40 minute drive along the Algarve coast line.

Fly in to Faro airport, using one of the "Budget Airlines" such as Monarch or Easyjet.

Use one of the local car rental Companies such as Zit Autos or Luz Cars rather than one of the "Nationals", you should find that you get a better deal.

The Apartment is a 50 minute drive down the Main Motorway which even during peak times is virtually empty compared to our roads.

“Superb in every aspect !” Immaculate, very spacious, ground floor apartartment with direct access from the large terrace onto gorgeous landscaped grounds and infinity pool. lovely views to the sea. Closest beach is a minutes drive, safe shallow lagoon, then through the dunes to the spectacular Meia Praia. Peaceful location but only a 5/10 minute drive through the golf course and countryside to Lagos. We are a family of five with children of 18, 14 and 8. All were kept well occupied with wifi, gym, tennis courts and British TV when they finished with pool. We found the Algarve to be excellent value and the people very friendly. The owner John was a pleasure to deal with, very straight foward booking process. Book with confidence!
