The condo is very safe and peacefull. You can walk almost everywhere you want. Imagine that you can dine in the Marina and do your happy hour with no car attached. Children can use the pool which is totally safe. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for pleasant breakfasts and dinners. There´s a nice barbecue in the balcony. For your shopping and visits to city centre...Just walk and enjoy the sun and magnificent views that Lagos can offer...Day and night...Lagos is one of the best spots in all the Algarve, a very relaxing place.

A great place to discover walking, with great happy hour bars and fine restaurants with fresh fish and great Portuguese wines.
Lagos / Meia Praia area
You can visit Meia Praia, Boavista golf resort, Pinhão beach. Not so far driving you can also discover Sagres, the edge of Portugal. Just 2 hours driving you are in Lisbon, Portimão is just a step away. All city centre and old city are full of atractions to find... Lagos have a very and peculiar architecture mixing modernity with history. I do really think that you will love your stay.
How to get there
Flying to Faro International Airport then driving in A22 to Lagos directly or National road EN125. If you are driving from Lisbon, take the autoroute A2 till Algarve, than follow directions to Portimão and later on to Lagos. Once in Lagos, follow directions to MEIA PRAIA and MARINA DE LAGOS. After the round point you will drive straight to MEIA PRAIA, at your left-hand side you will find a group of yellow buildings. When you find CONDOMINO DO MAR, you have just arrived. Welcome!

Further details indoors: Inside you will feel great knowing that anything you need, and you can´t find, will be provided by me at any time. I do pay special attention to special needs. Bedding : 1 Double bed, 1 Sofabed. Dish washer, Laundry machine, Sheets and towels included, Freezer, Swimming pool belonging to the residence, Air conditioning, TV, Parking lot belonging to the building , Cooking stove, Oven, Microwave, Fridge freezer, Coffee maker, Toaster, Kettle, Bath tub, Bidet, Barbecue, Books, Ski locker, Shoe and boot lockers, Parasol, Iron, Ironing board, Hair-dryer, Vacuum cleaner, Heating, Stereo, Cable TV / Satellite TV, TV socket, DVD player The apartment is very comfortable.
Further details outdoors: You will be near everything and away from noisy places. Very good to rest and at the same time 3 to 5 minutes walking from everything you need. Just behind the Marina de Lagos where you can find restaurants, some bars, paper-shop, coffee shop, supermarket, etc, etc. In a 5 minute walking you will be in city centre, a historic place so nice to visit and discover. Don´t forget you camera...you will love Lagos views and landscapes. Lagos it´s a very calm and secure place to walk all night long and dining out. You will just love your stay...I will be here for any help.
Further details
Once in the Condominium just talk at reception about anything you need. We have 24 hour security staff working with us. About key deliverance, they will provide those for you and guide you to the apartment on your arrival day.
Conditions
To make a reservation I usually receive by bank transfer a small amount and the rest of the payment just on your arrival day. When you arrive you can make a local bank deposit.
