This apartment is located within a 5 min walk to the centre of the historical town of Lagos. Lagos town offers a huge variety of restaurants, shops and bars. The apartment is within a 5 min walk to the beautiful marina and promenade.
The local beach is less than 10 min walk away but there are dozens of beautiful and breathtaking beachs to be discovered by either a long walk or short drive along the coast line. There is a bus station and train station within a five min walk which will make it an ideal location if you wish to travel and view the many beautiful neighbouring resorts.
There is a variety of golf courses all within a 10 min drive and a supermarket just around the corner. There are many excursions available which can be organised locally to various theme parks and for the fishing enthusiast there are a vast amount of boat trips to choose from. This is one place which will appeal to both the young and old and you will want to visit time and time again.
How to get there
Staying in Lagos does not require a car .Car hire is available at Faro airport on a collection and drop off basis from a wide range of companies bookable over the internet .The driving time from Faro to Lagos is about 55mins and the apartment is easy to find .We will give you directions and if you wish can arrange for you to meet with our english speaking representive in Lagos ..Wide range of airlines flying in Ryanair etc .Bus station is 5 mins walk and train station is 10 mins away .-very central easy to get to

Further details indoors: The kitchen is finshed to a high spec with all mod cons -dishwasher wash -ing machine, cooker-hob, microwave. Beautiful living room with plasma tv sky channels- (just bring your sky card from home and whatever package that you subscribe to you will be able to receive the same channels if you don,t have a sky card you will get all the freeview channels anyway ( ITV BBC ETC) . There is also a dvd player and a stereo which you can hook your i pod into via the usb lead, There are 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and is en suite with a jacuzzi bath. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. One of the sofas coverts into a bed.
Further details outdoors: Each floor contains just 4 apartments and is serviced by 2 lifts. Own parking space in a secure underground car park. Electric shutters on all windows and a key-pad at the main entrance We can organise a transfer service from Faro airport at approx E90 one way.For your convenience we can arrange a welcome pack for you on your arrival. Just let us know what you require i.e. milk ,tea etc and we can organise to have it delivered upon your arrival at cost price. Plese just let us know in advance.
Further details
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking and remainder is due 6 weeks prior to stay. A E150 refundable security /damage deposit required at the time of booking a cheque would be prepared and will not be cashed unless required for damage.
Towel and linen change and clean at the end of the first week is included for a two week rental. Mid week towel and linen change and clean can be arranged at extra cost.
During the months November to March there will be an additional charge for water and electricity rates can be discussed with owner with regard to long term lets.
