The villa is situated within the quiet and peaceful suburb of Atalaia,and enjoys panoramic views over the rolling countryside and the acclaimed Boavista golf course.It is only a five minute drive to the historic town of Lagos, where you will find an excellent choice of shops,bars and restaurants,and only five minutes away from the glorious beach of Praia da Luz.
This stunning new villa has been finished to a very high standard,with a large fully fitted kitchen,and superb lounge and dining room. There are three double bedrooms all with en suite,one of these being located on the ground floor being ideal for the infirm or elderly,the two upstairs lead onto their own terrace.To cool of there is a large communal swimming pool in the beautifully landscaped gardens which serves just twelve villas. To the side of the villa there is a large patio area with dining table and chairs, and excellent brick barbecue.

Lagos / Atalaia area
Lagos, located close to the western tip of the Algarve,is an easy commute of approximately 45 minutes to Faro Airport,via the new A22 motorway.
The historic 15th century walled town of Lagos was once the capital of the western Algarve. It has a wide choice of shops,bars and restaurants.There is daily fish market and a weekly tourist market in high season.There is a fabulous new marina filled with opulent yachts and with some excellent restaurants and bars overlooking the water and sail boat trips are also available.

Monarch Airlines are one of the best offering very good service and very competitive.We have used nicetrip rent a car on several occasions and found them to offer very good service. Directions to the villa: From Faro Airport,
Take the A22 motorway to Lagos (Follow directions to Portimao & Motorway A22 ) Leave motorway at exit 1 signposted Lagos,Vila do Bispo, Sagres. Turn left atend of this road(2nd roundabout),signposted: Lagos(left), Vila do Bispo (right) Take first right (a roundabout)and right again at the end of this short residential road (T-junction) Take first left (up steep incline) Colina D Atalaia is 0.5 km on the right, After Atalaia Sol' apartments.Journey takes about 45 minutes.
