Balconies around the villa take full advantage of the beautiful views and also offer another place for sun bathing or for enjoying a glass of wine. The beautiful fishing village of Burgau is within 3km from the villa with its sheltered beach, restaurants, cafes and shops also on hand. The beach at Lagos, is within 10km from the property and features 5km of golden sand with a myriad of cafes bars and restaurants. The villa is ideally situated, 5-10 minute drive away from Boavista golf club and the championship course of Parque De Floresta, Palmares 15min's, and the Pennina just 20 min's away. The Algarve / West Algarve region
Burgau Beach is within 3km from the Villa with its sheltered beach and the famous Beach Bar and Restaurant is renowned for it's friendly atmoshere and staff. Burgau has approx 15 restaurants, Portuguese, Pizzeerias, to international cuisine. And many friendly Bars. The beach at Lagos, is within 10km from the property and features 5km of golden sand with lovely new marina. More beaches can be found in nearby Luz and Salema, both about a 10 minute drive. Explore the lovely sandy beaches most with bars. The West coast beaches are a must, especially for the surfing and shellfish Luz is 5-10 minutes drive with with its sandy beach, plenty of watersports, promenade and bustling town. The historic port of Lagos with excellent restaurants and bars is about 15 minutes drive. Cape St Vincent lighthouse with its stunning views over the cliffs as one of the largest lighthouses in Europe its well worth a visit.
Lagos / Burgau area
Burgau is a charming fishing village overlooking the beach and beach bar, built on a hillside, with fishermans cottages narrow cobbled streets down to the horese shoe shaped beach. Fishermen mending nets and dealing with their catch. Many divers meet here and for some stuning dives. Nice local shops, restaurants and bars(the smuglers a must) are in Burgau serving food day and night. Large supermarkets in Luz or on the N125 only 5 minute drive. Zoomarine is probably the most well known theme park in the Algarve, located on the outskirts of Guia on the EN125. With over 8 hectares of leisure, entertainment and education, including dolphin and sea lion shows, amusements, swimming pools, restaurants and shops. Open all year round and an excellent day out for all the family. The fast train to Lisbon which takes around two & half hours leaves from Lagos station behind the marina pick up a schedule of trains to Lisbon, notice the number of stops on route as this will impact the duration, the train pulls into Oriente train station the site of the Expo 98 Worlds Fair given you direct access to the centre of Lisbon. You can then catch a train to see the Lisbon coastal regions, Cascais, Estoril or visit Sintra a magically town with its moorish castle and Pena Palace. Further afield consider a trip to Porto famous for its Port making and the Douro valley region with its river cruises and breathtaking panoramas over the Douro valley.

The villa is suitable for all ages and all types of holiday, whether relaxing by the pool, a romantic break, golfing, tennis or exploring the beautiful countryside, national park area and local historic sites. A bright and newly furnished open plan lounge which will easily accommodate 8 people. Satellite TV and DVD, CD, are provided for your entertainment. The lounge opens onto the terrace, swimming pool and garden, with garden table, chairs and loungers. A wonderful balcony to the rear with wonderful sunsets, will have you sitting up till the early hours sipping wine. And in the morning the front balcony will have you up early sipping fresh orange as the sun rises.
Master Bedroom with kingsize bed, can split. Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds (can be arranged as kingsize bed). Bedroom 3 located on the ground floor with 2 single beds (can be arranged as kingsize bed). Bedroom 4 located on the ground floor with 2 single beds.or as king size. The Villa has its own private gated garden that provides a safe environment for children to play in. The property is also protected by a security alarm and has its own private driveway.
