The spacious open plan living area opens onto a beautiful terrace overlooking the lake and is ideal for dining, sunbathing or sipping sangria while watching the sunset.
Ideal for couples and families and perfectly located within a 7 minute walk of the beach, the vibrant Lagos town centre, 1min walk to the pool, the supermarket and within a 4 minute drive of Palmares golf course. The apartment is in a secure complex with underground parking, lift access and video entry phone.

The apartment is located in the historic town of Lagos in the Western Algarve, where you will find culture and cosmopolitan trendiness. Enclosed within its 5th century walls, Lagos is rich in historical buildings and Moorish architecture. With its relaxed atmosphere and quiet charm, it is one of the most appealing locations in the Algarve. Its maze of narrow cobbled streets full of pavement restaurants, bars and nightclubs as well as shops of every description make it one of the liveliest of places. There is something to suit everyone in Lagos – whether it’s relaxing on the beach and taking in the rays, to teeing it off on the golf course or dazzling on the dance floor till the wee hours. There are also day trips from the marina, which include dolphin safaris, diving and snorkelling, or you can visit the water theme parks or zoo.

The Algarve / West Algarve region

The apartment is situated on the Lagos Marina. Along the esplanade is a range of inviting shops, restaurants and bars, all with views of the Marina. There are leisure facilities, which include a children's playground with mini bumper cars, motorised boats, remote control cars, sailing boats and some traditional swings. A short stroll through the marina and over a footbridge takes you into Lagos town, with its winding cobbled streets and its 400 restaurants and bars. The apartment has secure private parking, with lift access from the garage to the apartment and video entry phone. A three minute walk from the apartment is a fully stocked supermarket, Pingo Doce, where you will find everything from fresh fish, meat, fruit and vegetables to wines and freshly baked bread and pastries.

Lagos / Marina area

Many people find Lagos the most likeable town on the Algarve coast. Enclosed within its 5th century walls, this ancient town is rich in historical buildings and Moorish architecture. It was here that Henry the Navigator had his legendary school. With its relaxed atmosphere and quiet charm, along with its cobbled pavements and colourful market square, it is one of the most appealing locations in the Algarve. It is an easy place to while away a week or two and good to use as a base for exploration of the western Algarve. The large terrace is perfect for dining, sunbathing or sipping sangria while enjoying the views or watching the sunset.

Available at just a 1 min walk from the apartment is the private Pool club in the marina. It offers a wonderful pool with sun-loungers, sauna, gym and jacuzzi. Membership for 4 people is included in the rental price.

Lagos Tennis Centre is 2min Drive, 14min walk, and has 7 new hard courts.

"Lagos is a lovely fishing port with a large marina and full of local history. There are numerous great places to eat - too many to mention. We particularly enjoyed the atmosphere in the old town and the entertainments performing on the cobbled streets. The flat was very spacious and well equipped, the large veranda was a great place to catch the late afternoon sun, to relax and dine. The local supermarket was very convenient, just around the corner. The long sandy beach was within walking distance and often fairly quiet whilst we were there.
