Home description
This sunny and spacious apartment is ideal for guests who want easy access to all the major attractions, but do not want to be in a noisy part of the resort. The apartment is set away from the centre of town, but with easy access to shops, inexpensive bars and restaurants, and just a ten minute walk to the famous Lagos marina. Located on the ground floor, it has its own garden area and direct access to the pool, which has a children's area.
Golf, watersports, pony trekking, are all within a short drive of the apartment.
You will find all you need to enjoy your stay, including fitted kichen with dish-washer, washing machine, full oven and a family size fridge/freezer.
The large shared pool is kept in excellent order and it has a small children's pool, there is lots of space for sun bathing, and some sun beds are available.

The Algarve region
The Algarvian climate is perfect for outdoor living, whether you enjoy golf, sailing, tennis, horse riding or just lazing on Europe's finest beaches. The Algarvian people are very friendly and welcoming, and most speak at least some English.
The Algarve is the perfect holiday destination for all the family, the weather stays mild and bright through most of the winter months, but it does get very hot during July and August, and a high factor sun-block is advised for children.
Lagos / Parque do Moinho area
Lagos is situated at the western end of the Algarve, and is the area is full of interesting places to visit. Close to the Alentajo wine growing area, many vinyards offer tours and a chance to try the excellent local wine. Parque do Moinho is a very nice, quiet residential area, it has some excellent local Portuguese bars and restaurants where you can eat very cheaply. Or an easy walk takes you into the town centre, with its great night life.
The beautiful beach of Meia Preia is just five minutes by car, championship golf courses Palmares, Boa Vista and Parque de Floresta are within a ten minute drive.
How to get there
Most budget airlines fly to Faro International airport which is just 50 minutes drive from Lagos, collection from the airport can be arranged with the owner, or we have access to great car rental rates.
